Is the EBSD data shown in this tutorial from 3D EBSD ? if it is, what method or equipment is used to get 3D EBSD data ?

This is the EBSD generated by Dream3D. You can generate the EBSD using the pipeline presented in PRISMS-Plasticity package:

Can you apply pure shear? Or combined tension/compression with shear? How about high strains? Lets say over 100%?
