One of the great Australian (Tasmanian) Collaborations-I am glad i bought all the CDz of this band whenever i found them-they are an amazing band. I guess their art went over most peoples heads? or just remained undiscovered to be appreciated for all time..............
I remember when I saw this band at the Zoo in Fortitude Valley in Brisbane. I was sitting on the floor like many others just looking up at this band thinking where has this band been hiding. They were the most thought provoking, deep thinking & most haunting band I've ever witnessed. The heavy base & keyboards just pounding into your gut , with each acoustic guitar strum just keeping you waving back & forth , knowing that Merida was going to tell you exactly how it is in song 🎵 & you just were nodding your head with the beautiful 🎶 music thinking I'm so glad I'm here tonight.
Modern music ok but I love Amazing Grace that saved other wretchs like me. In this world today we need to really open our ears and ❤️ to God's amazing Love and forgiveness
WOW, the original lineup???!!!... i must’ve seen these guys 30 or so (edit -around 20, 30 is an exaggeration) times in the months leading up to this... it’s so nice to see them together as i remember them.. the paradise motel was the most powerful melbourne live band in the late 90s

So good. I miss this era... and decent Australian music on tv. Good on the ABC for putting new stuff on (The Sound), let's hope it garners as much enthusiasm as Countdown did in 1975
A nice period of Melbourne/ Australian music I briefly met Miranda at a home she stayed at that I did as well. For a brief time It was a time of hurt and loss , nothing to do with her , but this song reminds me of that time in Melbourne Possibly what this song is trying to relay
