    It so nice to see you back on your vlogging. I totally get studies always come first mackenzie please don't feel bad if you don't have time to up load a video. I always enjoy your videos take as much time as you need. You always train so hard. I have been working out in the gym my self since October i love becoming a gym rat, I have an out standing coach have lost 42 pounds i'm feeling great still learning how to track macros went over quit a bit on my protein today my coach has set new numbers i did not eat enough carbs today but i'm learning to fuel my body correctly thats kind of always been a struggle. Good luck at your up coming meets you will do great.

    I did chest, shoulders, triceps today and jogged 2 miles its getting cold i hate jogging in cold weather lol

    I know you were comparing yourself to your teammate saying you were weak; but firstly, the weight you were lifting is really impressive! And also your power to weight ratio I bet is pretty similar!
