The most effective way you can do, 1. Turn Off all your modem. 2. Disconnect Ur fibre cable both from the Router and Fibre box. 3. Wait at least 50-60 Seconds. 4. Connect all the Fibre wire back. 5. Turn on and check if it works.. NOTE : if it still doesn't works just repeat the procedure
