I used to pray for hours in the Spirit back in the 80s. I started because I was having a crisis of faith. I believed in the supernatural power of God because the Word said it, but it wasn't evident in my day to day. Our church started the Larry Lea series "Could You Not Tarry One Hour" to teach how to pray longer. I was desperate to know Him. I was in college but quit going to classes to pray. I can't get into everything that happened but it was glorious and miraculous. But I let the earthly duties sidetrack me. Many years later now I'm desperately trying to get back on track. I just discovered your channel. It's a big help.

dear brother i am from srilanka. Can I have an answer? My German Shepherd girl, Millie, whom I love very much, is suffering from a severe heart disease. I love him like hell. I prayed for his recovery but it seems my prayers are not enough. Can it be solved by praying in tongues.

Praying in tongues solves a lot because it is the Spirit of God (the Holy Spirit) praying for you (through your spirit man) according to the will of God (Romans 8:26-27). By praying in tongues on any issue, you give room for the prayer to be answered according to the will of God. I hope this helps, dear sir/ma.
