Hope they make Prism of Belief more searchable on the trade site soon. currently you have to search, hit the "filter by item stats" button, then go through the potential min/max values on the item's only stat to figure out which bloody number happens to tie into your particular skill of interest, at the +level of interest you have. For example, Ember Fusillade's number at +3 is 76. So if you search "# to level of all # skills" item mod for min:76,max:76, you will get +3 Ember Fusillade and another skill i didn't care about, but it's at least trackable how many +3 Ember jewels are on the market and you can watch the price.
@@Tirinir it gets worse. you'd think if Ember's +3 is 76, maybe +2 is 75 and +1 is 74. it's not. 75 is +1. i'm not even sure +2 are on the market right now because i can't be bothered to track down where +2's number is.
11:20 - didn't you just said that people divine uniques before vaal'ing? What are you referring to? Shouldn't it remember what was the roll? Or it only remembers in case of specific vaal outcome?
Question for ya, so I have a morior invictus with %stats and % elemental res...I know this chest comes with many combinations...does vaal orb potentially change the actual roll or just the values of the existing rolls on the item?
@thesilentcartographer thank you! Good to know because the roll I have are the two I want, so wouldn't prob risk putting a vaal on it if it could switch.

oh i was a dumb and wrote this brain fart of a comment before watching to the end but ill still post it just incase someone is thinking about doing dumb things before watching to the end xdd when talking about sockets like on the morior chest piece it is actually more beneficial to look for a 5 socket piece than a corrupted/higher roll one, for example spirit per rune is 12% on a max roll corrupt which comes to 48% and 5 sockets on a "regural" 10% roll would be 50. ofc if u are spirit stacking that difference of 2 would be miniscule on the high end but a build which is literally starving for spirit like cast on X builds that might be the difference between fitting an extra trigger/aura

I wouldnt wait for january to bring any balance. Some nerfs to archmage prolly, but bigger changes will most likely come later. In jan we have 3.26 announcements, so they will prolly hold off big changes to work on leaguestart, while collecting and sorting\solving feedback
Is there a rhime or reason what level /damage or armor stats do uniques drop? Is it like player level or lower? Game has only dropped me totally useless uniques like bow with damage 1-6 or gloves with armor 20.😂
Afaik drop level restrictions for uniques are typically but not always tied to their base type (in PoE1, at least). Right now, most unique armour and weapons suck late game because they can only be the lowest level versions of the base items (not advanced or expert). This will definitely be fixed over time, I expect either by letting uniques be on the upgraded base types, or (more likely imo) simply adding more weapon/armour base types and removing the advanced/expert part, thereby enabling uniques to actually exist on good bases. Jewelry and jewels don’t have this issue obviously since there’s no base type scaling (and why a lot of the good uniques are jewelry/jewels).
@@TheCrimsonEpilogue yeah its that. Dont remember roll if its 240%+ how much can i ask for it? No use since i am level 50 a Ranger and never seen a good quiver yet lol.
ooo. I like those gloves. Especially on a lightning damage ranger, who is already right next to a node that gives even more atk spd on dexterity scaling.
They are generally used by quarterstaff players with astramentis and the pillar of the caged god. Maybe even the chest shown here with %attributes. The build is insane.
3 items combined makes all class decisions completely irrelevant. Astramentis, Pillar of Caged God, Hand of Wisdom and Action. When you pair these 3 things with charged staff you've achieved godhood.
Its very confusing. For example to me, hoa is such a broken item because its a pair of gloves now, but its somehow cheap. Then I see astramentis and dream fragments that expensive? Why? I dont believe its the mana regen + mana on dream fragments that makes it good, but it might just be for the chill and freeze immunity. I have no clue how to solve that, looks like we have some elemental ailment threshold nodes which I dont even know of they even give immunity at 100%. Are ailments that hard to deal with here or its just a rare and cozy item? Because we have the same thing in poe1 and people rarely use it on archmage hiero. And now the astramentis. Maybe its because each node gives 5 attributes instead of 10 so you technically get double the value on poe2 astramentis? But still...it sounds crazy, I dont see how doubling the power of astramentis would suddenly make it chase item, in poe1 if we double it would be a really good item but still not chase worthy. But to be fair, poe2 doesnt even have insane crafting with influences and what not, maybe that weights the most. I really like the dragonfang retrain tho, lower power but on a jewel is much better imo, in poe1 you remove this item once you get a better amulet and forget ab dragonfang. In poe2 it feels more memorable and more impactful.
@@GE_Photon_Lord for astramemtis, dont forget that life scales 4 times as much as in PoE1, also good point of note that mana is now a wanted stat in all ranges of builds, unlike in POE1 where single leech or lifetap fixes your mana on attacks or spells. Secondly, stat stacking is even greater with unique jewels that change behaviour of base stats, i think it gives %mana per dex? Which is bonkers. Gemling legionaire doubles this amount. Also the fact that you can now use high level gems "off class" is so needed in PoE 2. My monk can almost forget strenght gems exist, with only access to dex / int, imagine a strenght only character wanting heralds on their build. All of these are compiling factors that make it a great needed item. And i am pretty sure the drop is drastically changed so another factor on top. For the freeze ring i am also clueless why is that great, maybe because MOM CI EB is the best defensive layer in the game, and % mana is great, where as you need to deal with thresholds while CI, you get perma CCed as it is based on life, and spending passive points to mitigate it is worse than piece of good enough gear. I can see it simply solving way too many issues that equipping a rare ring only would leave out, while it is the same rarity as headhunter, as we can see from the amount on trade.
more expensive bcuz it’s rarer (not that 10div is cheap for howa) and dreamfrag ring is the only source of %mana in game… and your asking why 120+ all attributes is OP?
Astramentis is op for certain builds, such as Gemling Legionaire. There's one skill node for that ascendancy that doubles the mana, evasion and life you get from int, dex and strength respectively. So you get a ton of life, evasion and mana from that amulet.
it's regularity was dictated by the mediocrisy of its stats in poe1. For poe2, astramentis is an equivalent of a misted simplex, so thats a fair price for that much power. We are playing ruthless here bro
