The problem with the output voltage going down is because of your DC supply. It cannot supply the voltage and current required. Using battery will change that problem and must give better results. Think about also that the input voltage becomes instable and with much more ripple when you load your power supply heavily.
I think a LC filter instead of of the Output-Cap would do a better job of smoothing the waveform. Also you just could use a single diode and a Cap for the feedback and adjust in software - since it's the same voltage, only flipped.
A Sine wave is one frequency with no Harmonics. A squarevwave has an infinite number of Harmonics at least if it was a pèrfect squarecwave. The LC filter output may block a few harmonics help with the shape.
Last week i tried ur 1st inverter circuit and it's working well except for I'm getting a 170 volts out of 12 instead of 220 although the transformer is rated 12/220 not sure if it's the harmonics or what creates that power loss but it's really educational so thanks alot ✌✌
@@pateafanai5489 thanks for your suggestion but i want to note that this comment is 3 years ago and it was a college project in some subject and now I'm graduated alhamdulilah 😁
Excellent, Thank you! Planing to use a DDS module as a driver for precise A/C frequency and a PWM chip to follow the value from the DDS for a low wattage A/C synchronous motor. Might be a simple transformer driver for only a few watts.
Great video as always! I tried once this type of inverter (Arduino SPWM + mosfet driver IC+ mosfet H bridge) and I obtained a nice sinusoidal shape by placing the capacitor in paralel with the primary of the transformer so that together with the transformer inductance to make a LC filter. Also in this configuration the transformer seemed to be less affected by the relatively high SPWM frequency since I didn't use a ferrite core transformer. Greetings!
Why don't we use NE555 to generate square wave then we add on the output of mentioned IC a LC filter in order to get sine wave then we handover this signal to a preamplifier ,then the last stage to the both gates of power transistors
Hi, very informative video.👍 Do you have 110V AC main power, so the output peak to peak AC should be 310V? Another question: the high voltage output feedback using a rectifier bridge and voltage divider to the low voltage side without isolation, will be there any safety problem? Thank you in advance.
It is lots of fun & easier to test circuits with awesome oscilloscope. I wish if i have it. still can't afford that. Anyway nice explanation with great video. greetings
Did you see that JLCPCB stopped offering combined shipping with LCSC.com parts? It really takes away most of their value and makes it very expensive unless youre ordering multiple different circuits...
Love your videos 😍❤️❤️...... Can you make music reactive LED earphones (not headphones) that are connected to the earphone and button cells for voltage
Hi,i have a question about voltage feedback in this greate project, and i want ask,can we create variable spwm frequency to achive voltage corection in the output with feedback loop?
Hi. I want my arduino to detect a sin wave (100 hz or 200hz or any other frequency ) i am generating it using my phone through an app and feeding it to Analog input of arduino . I tried pulseIn() function and also tried freqcount.h library but my arduino is showing random frequency values. Can you help?
I did click a like button like crazy but, it only increment once 🙆🏾♂️; Thanks buddy, how can we improve this so I can make my own inverter to power amost 500w!? Greetings from Tanzania 🇹🇿
Essentially you would have to add on multiple Mosfets or use IGBTs. You might have to use some flyback DC-DC converters to power the gates of all those transistors. If you really want to go all out you can purchase NXP's half bridge GD3100 development board and for $140 and program some beast Automotive grade IGBTs. At that point the sky is the limit.
Good day Sir, I followed up your tutorial on a pure sine wave inverter using Arduino, it was sweet, I have also built a prototype of in in my house. The only challenge I have is on the feedback code so that my inverter output will be stable irrespective of the load. Please, I would like you to show a section of the feedback code to enable me complete the inverter project. Thanks, Wordu Solomon
Where is your vedio thst u said after came the board for this inverter u going to make a mo vedios on it so when u make the test vedio of this inverter board ☹️
This little Transformers are very basic, I used some of the iron cores of this for a very basic mini induction machine, get hots very quickly and have a Lot of losses when the secondary is loaded, please rip off and wind a ferrite core transformer, the performance Will be to much better. Try with a flyback CRT television ferrite core.

Can we use 06n02c MOSFET
How do you determine the appropriate amount of electrical capacitance for spwm
Nice - I like the new animations! Awesome!
If you used a LC filters instead of a single capacitor you would get a way less distorted sinewave
it could be a way
Yes If used a LC low pass filter Then distortion will be very low and will give near sinusiodal wave.
Wrong SPWM algorytm, if used SPWM like EG8010 and L- C filter, output wave will be true sinusoidal.
Good video.... Use LC filter on the output and saw the changes..
Sır , Can you give information about the value's of the LC filters?

Great video and geat information as always! Keep up the good work!
Close to 100k. Good going.

Was the transformer originally a step down transformer that's now used "in reverse" as a step up?
why don't you add a boost converter directly to the power source and just apply the signal without any transformer
HV DC boost converters are costly and introduce way more difficulty in operation

How much it's cost to make this project
Yo man, I have a question. What transformer did you use? I can't find any suitable one for this project and I'm looking for help.
Can you please show us, how to make VFD that drives 3phase induction motor.

Hello, If possible please make video about how to make sound level metre which can measure sound decibel values.
Try using an LCL filter it will improve on the output voltage shape.

This type of spwm will not work with half bridge configuration .
This only works here because of the ground present between two mosfet .
Amazing video as always... A good idea to apply this one on a remotr shed. That way i can have light and charge a device or two
Good work. Thanks. But you should not use IN4001 series diodes on high frequency!

Oh, didn't knew that....
That's really sad :( I was fascinated with that service
wow great tutorial!
In your schematic I think you forgot to Vs to Source of high side Mosfet. Otherwise mosfet driver would just not work at all.
Thank you very much for this tutorial! I'm wondering how much current the circuit draw when there is no load and why is even drawing a current?
Pretty interesting!!! 😃
sounds pretty good
We should complain to youtube for add the perfect button 100/100 bro

I don't understand - 326V peak-to-peak is 115V RMS, not 230V.
