Yes, definitely a Last of Us fan! 😁 Well, the laptop model I got is actually a non-touch 'clamshell' so don't get this exact model for digital illustration 😅, but I believe there are many similar ones with a touch screen. You'll probably want to get a 2-in-1, so you can use it as a drawing tablet as well as a 'normal' laptop. I believe digital pens are usually not included with Dell laptops (unless mentioned otherwise). If you are looking at Dell Inspiron 14 5000s, the stylus which will likely be compatible will be the Dell Active Pen | PN350M, but I would recommend double checking if it is mentioned in the item description and if not, giving it a Google search. How long or good is the battery life?
It wouldn't blow you away. I'd say usually 3-4 hours with normal use for me. It's only a 42WHr battery, so that might be why.
