Thank you, Willem. The -1 is used to subtract 1 from the first number in the range. So, 60 becomes 59 and FREQUENCY checks if a number in that range is >59. If you change one of the scores to 60, you will notice that it only appears in the 60-69 range if the -1 is in place. I hope that makes sense.
