The company Virgin Trains who ran this leased it off Porterbrook. The lease was for ten years and it ran out this year so they of course had to give it back. Virgin Trains did a final sendoff which was this.

After the pretendolino left the North of England it went on the great eastern mainline.
Honestly, It's a shame this set went, From what I've heard, it was quite good. Still, a fitting farewell to it.

Oh same here! Currently it works with Greater Anglia as a spare set. It got transferred down a couple of weeks ago.

Steve Copping The DVT and coaches have been seperated. 90034 has since joined AGA on lease.

What a way to end the loco hauled services, what will happen to 82126 now?
Storage likely but rumours are arising that a few companies are interested in buying the set.
82126 is working for ABA (Abellio Greater Anglia)
same as the Pretendolino but now the pretendolino is for transpennine loco hauled test runs
