What does it say exactly? All I have seen is if credit was denied in whole or in part of information obtained in a consumer report they must be notified as such. Can you point me to where denial of one's own credit is illegal? Hope to hear back and thanks so much!

But that violates 15 USC 1681 (adverse action) you can not be denied credit with the extension of your own credit
