Dear Nephew Nook, you are such a beautiful handsome boy. I'm trying to do some catching up, and of course this popped up. Thank you, Hoomum and Papa Bill for sharing your lives with us. It is so hot where I live that walks are impossible this time of year (not that there are many places to walk). I so enjoyed following along on those that you and your friends and family take. Do what the vet says and take good care of each other. I'm sure Jamie is going to need some quiet time and privacy, but I for one I'm glad to know that you will be there if he needs you. Poor Sherpa. He sleeps most of the time nowadays. Kinda makes me think of a canine version of my dad, who does the same at 87. Oh well, Sherpa's still with us, and we should all be grateful for however much time we have left with him. That's the approach I take with my Dad as well.
