Glad to see Christi Clark so I can say it again what your provincial liberal party did to me in 2004 is unforgettable and unforgivable for my son and i as after a tribunal your government felt it was appropriate to uphold a decision that suspended my disability benefits for 19 months knowing explicitly that i would have to put my son in foster care , also lose my home everything I owned and end up homeless for a year. I'm 60 now and still haven't been able to recover from this and my son at 14 ended up being abused in foster care . The NDP would have never done this. And i know for sure they wouldn't have as i faced the exact situation in 2022. You should be ashamed to even appear in public. I was a single disabled mother then . However, for the last 40 years we are seeing more power concentrated in the PMO but that isn't a Liberal or Conservative trend. Both have shown an interest in increasing the power of the PMO but that still isn't authoritarianism.
I think that they should choose Mark Carney as he has the economic and environmental experience needed now. He is also coming in from outside the current government, and I would not want the usual suspects to run, the ones who stayed mum when the SNC-Lavalin affair took place. So Carney is the only person I can imagine voting for at the moment.
