I get the ornament from the daily ligin and go up to the tree you show in the town and cannot interact w it. I tried the one in vienta village as well.
@FENGRUSH thanks for the info! Do they appear inappropriate dedicated way on the map? Or do I have only to run around and see something strange? (Really inefficient 😆)
a weap skin is 600 lucent, pass is 500 + includes a skin box, if you're going to buy a skin anyway you might as well get it through the pass for 100 lucent cheaper + get a bunch of mats

They spawn rarely around the world. They're pretty damn uncommon.

Totally up to you, they generally are worth it in thr value included. Skins alone it is worth.
