Excellent video....one question: I want to create email newsletters for two blogs. Do I need to create two different Convert Kit accounts with 2 separate emails (separate accounts for each blog) OR i can use one Convert Kit account to manage two email newsletters?
Very helpful, thank you! Do you know if there's a way to set up a sequence/automation of a few mails for a webinar in which there is a 1 day and 1 hour notification that gets sent on a specific date and time? I've been searching for a few hours and can't find anything.
I could set this up as broadcast mails but then they'd be scattered and not 'packaged' under one folder (Webinar) and would then become an organization mess if you know what I mean. Do you have any tips for me, @PaigeBrunton? Thanks so much in advance.
Hi…very helpful! Great info. Question - I have not set up a sequence email on ConvertKit (only the thank you email after they have subscribed). I have about 180 subscribers now - will just the new ones who subscribe get the sequenced emails if I set this up? Thx

When you start a welcome sequence think about this:
1. What do I want people to know about me?
2. How do I want them to think of me?
3. Why should they trust me?
These questions will help you craft an engaging welcome sequence.

I try testing my email opt ins and they always go to junk mail, is that normal? How can I change that: how can they confirm their subscription if it doesn’t reach their inbox
Where do we get the link to copy to my Etsy shop to ask them to subscribe?
Q: Do you create the tags before they are used. For example, have you create the tags for Interested in: Couse Month year | for March, April, June, July (already)

All good, I felt the exact same way. Convertkit allows you to use their business address in the footer and will forward anything needed onto you. Pretty sure they have an article on that on their site if you Google it!
I would go with a different company. They make it very difficult to delete your account. Which feels very sketchy. Good companies make it easy, they make it take “at least 30 days” to do it. Run!!!
Which company would you recommend? I'm watching because we are planning to migrate from MailChimp to something else and this one was an option

Fabulous question Joan! I use (and love!) Convertkit for my email marketing - Flodesk is another option (you can see my thoughts on how their compare too ruclips.net/video/ZIDVhYuWHws/видео.html - I have to say - I don't love Squarespace's email marketing, they're the best for websites, but not so much email marketing IMHO!
So your website is where you landing page lives?
Yep absolutely that! If you don't have a site you can create a simple landing page on Convertkit, but if you do, I'd always create my landing pages on my website :)
