How to win 1vs7 CnCnet brutal AI + SW with 10K credits in RA2 YR

This is a step by step guide on how to win 1 vs 7 CnCnet brutal AIs with Super Weapons on and only 10,000 credits in Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge.

Welcome commander, before we begin let’s take a look on the challenge ahead of us. We will be leading the US forces against the combine forces of 3 allied defectors, 3 soviets, and the worst of all Yuri. Our enemies will bring their Superweapons arsenal, they will play hard and it will be CnCnet Brutal. For this battle we will only receive 10,000 Credits and an MCV. The battle location is Twin River’s (v1.3) provided by Cybran and edited by Burg. Let’s begin!
We open with a Barracks to build a scout and 2 Engineers as fast as possible. We use the scout to open the way for our spy, you want to get the Ore Refinery of course. There are 2 Oil Refineries near our base, it’s crucial we capture it before the AI, so we get the 1,000 credit bonus for each of them.
To get our spy out, without hitting the insufficient fund, we will have to be extremely conservative with our early defends. This is all I’m going to buy: 6 GI, 1 GGI, 1 Patriot and 2 Mirage Tanks. Note that I’m not building a second Miner, because by the time it returns the investment, my spy will infiltrate the enemy.
The moment we get the money injection, we’ll start strengthening our ground and air defends, with more Mirages, Patriot missiles and Prism Towers. we’ll also add some Prism Tanks to the queue, to be used for the attack, and prepare more spies.
We want to be on high alert in this stage and actively defend our base. Like in this case: you can see how the Patriot missiles targeting the spy plane instead of the helicopter, literally letting Tanya into my base. One second late and it would have been a game over.
To minimize the Superweapons hits, we will start attacking as soon as we have enough Prism Tanks and split our attention between offense and defense.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of running out of money before building a Spy Satellite, so I had to delay the attack and assess the situation. We have two exposed Refineries here and here, but they are very well protected by dogs, there was another unprotected Refinery here, but I didn’t notice it during the fight, so it will be a dog slay operation. This is how it goes: I will send two spies, in case of something goes wrong, bring the Prism Tanks just close enough to kill the dog when it sniffs the spies but without destroying the AI MCV and trigger a sale. Then Use the Mirage to sneak in and target the two farther dogs.
Now I can finish the job. I’m keeping the yellow AI as a cripple for now, to use it as financing resource later, meanwhile I will get rid of the pink AI. Unfortunately, the Genetic Mutator caught me by surprise and the Brute destroyed all my IFVs when I had a Kirovs over my head, forcing me to retreat. I lost precious time dealing with that attack, I must really be quick now because the Superweapons are starting to pile up.
In a moment we will get the money from the yellow AI, and it will be a good time to prepare some spare MCVs in case we’ll get hit by multiple Superweapons at once. I will also build a few extra War Factories and Battle Labs for the same purpose.
Now I’ll be advancing with the attack, starting with Yuri because he is the most annoying. This Magnetrons are out ranging us, so we will have to target them individually. The orange AI has a Grand Cannon, and I cannot easily take down the power, so for now we only destroy the Weather Control and move on to the next target. For the light blue AI, we only need to locate our Prism Tanks on the edge of the cliff and let them do the job. And now with only two AIs left it’s a piece of cake.
