Wait, but in Vancouver, you can vote if you've lived in British Columbia for 6+ months, and have lived in the City of Vancouver for 30+ days!

what if vancity became a megacity and amalgamate?
Ive often thought about that. Kida like Toronto did but on a larger scale. Winnipeg did that in the 70s but it was obviously on a smaller scale. Kinda like if Poco, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, Belcara and Pitt Meadows merged and its been beneficial. Not as much squabbling. Minneaplois is I think even worse than Van with so many small counties/cities... I don't know how they get anything done.

Whoaaaaa you felt it was necessary to highlight Tsawwassen First Nation as it's own distinct municipality, yet you completely neglected Squamish, Tseil-Waututh, and Musqueam First Nations?? Not impressed.
You should be grateful that you are still allowed to live on our unceded lands... The Right of Conquest is an obsolete concept of property law and technically you're all illegally squatting on our land, the least you could do is get your research right and acknowledge this reality.
