Dhyaan concentration nehi hai. Concentration chis pe kiya jata hai jor se. Dhyaan vichar o ka aant hai. Vichar hi nehi to tum bhi nehi. Thinking, thinker se alag nehi. Mai bhab tabhi ata hai jab vichar ata hai. Vichar nehi to mai bhi nehi. Kaya deep sleep mai concentration ka jarurat hota hai??
