- Dan does an unboxing and review of the Japanese Godzilla Minus One 4K UltraHD Collectors Edition what was available on the Godzilla Store. The key Difference between this and others that you can import is that this has English subtitles both regular and descriptive for the hearing impaired. Also compared to the General release that we will be getting in the US in November this release has Godzilla Minus One Minus Color as well.
The included booklets while not translated are very nice and you get the gist of what they are about.

It’s been going really well this set is just icing on the cake. It’s so beautiful and now Godzilla store sent out a PDF translation for the book as well.
Have you watch the movie on the disk yet? Does it really include English dub and Eng SUbtitles?
I got confused as the back says Japanese only but I think they really mirrored the Japanese release to the dot , which means the description too....
This release is English subs only. The general in November will have both the English subs and dub but will not have Minus Color.

Have you tried playing yet with English subs, I ordered this same version because it was advertised as having English subs, but I don't see anywhere on the box that says that, I only see Japanese subs listed, what did you find?
Did you order from the Godzilla Store? Only the Godzilla store set has the English subtitles. When you put the disc in to play it ask you to select a language and then you are brought to a menu in that language.
@@MaserSquad I did order from them, just wanted to make sure before I open it, didn't see anything about it on the packaging, but I saw them advertise it as having English subs

I was also lucky enough to get the steelbook. It’s honestly one of my favorite movies ever so I don’t mind going all in on these collectors editions.

You said you bought it at the Godzilla store right? So isn’t the 4K in English dubbed?
No this is the Japanese collectors edition and is only subbed. The dubbed general release version of this movie is coming out in November but it will not include minus one minus color
@@MaserSquad will it be sold in the Godzilla website and have the same boxed set or is it the different boxed set sold in Amazon?
Different box. It is available at most major retailers
Google translator should do the job.... The Japanese version came with stickers oh well can't get everything I guess.. I pre-ordered mind off the website as well I'm still waiting for it😅
