    Paul the knowledge you share is truly invaluable. My life has improved so much since I started applying your teachings 3 years ago. I have a few rapid questions:
    1. Do you follow a cool down routine after you workouts?
    2. What are your thoughts on Rogaine? Its benefits and/or potential hazards
    3. What books and/or audiotapes, documentaries, podcasts are you enjoying at the moment?

      Hi,
      I don't do a cool down unless I'm doing aerobic exercise; stretching is the best cool down for anaerobic exercise, or just light movement to pump metabolic waste out to be detoxified/cleared.
      I don't know enough about Rogaine to give you advice, but if its a commercial product, its probably toxic; a lot of baldness comes from having a fungal infection, or is genetic.
      I listen to "Insights at the Edge" by Tami Simon at Sounds True most often.
      I'm just finishing, "Its Not Your Fault" by Mark Wolynn right now, and its excellent. Highly recommend it to everyone!

    CONGRATZ on 100K Paul! Love your work man, I watched this video because i'm having an interesting time deciding around taking steroids to become a next level superhuman athlete after continuously training Naturally for 10 years and being extremely health conscious since my early 20's etc.. My passion of creating a physique day in and day out it seems Im going from ego choice back to heart so Ive been taking time and waiting for many months..but I feel like as I'm 32 my window of opportunity gets closer by the day lol.... anyway I understand if you cant reply I suppose I already know what I should do so I don't have regrets later lmao...I do appreciate some input thooo its a tough one as Steroids goes against my core values....

      HI,
      Its really a personal issue.
      If semen retention is something one can do without it causing so much mental-emotional stress that it just jacks up stress hormones, then retain retain away...
      There are many ways to accomplish most things, and a lot of this kind of stuff is youthful striving to challenge oneself and try and create a sense of meaning in their life.
      So, its an issue of what one feels they need, is willing to do out of positive motivation to learn and grow, and do well.

    Hi Paul , thnx for your new awsome vidéo ,am from algeria and in m'y country there is no organic tooth paste so i brush m'y teeth with only Water, and i've watched so many vidéos on RUclips about helpful ideas so i found suggestions of using backing soda , so is it safe and what you suggested me , thank you .

      Hi,
      If you get some clay from the beauty section in most health food stores, some quality sea salt, and some essential oil of spearmint or peppermint, you can take a small jar and fill it about 2/3rds full of salt, add a few drops of spear/peppermint, just enough drinking quality water to coagulate the salt, and then mix in some clay so you get a thick paste. That will make a lovely non-toxic, effective tooth paste :-)

    Hey Paul , quick question . Is there a way to relieve or at least reduce a seasonal allergy? My mother has that and it starts in the spring and sometimes it gets to the point where she is fatigued and her eyes and nose are irritated. Btw she takes pills to medicate the symptoms and i just wanted to know if there's a better way to go about this...Thank you Paul

    Hi Paul! Love and Respect. Had a quick question.
    I'm a healthy individual, eat whole food organic, sleep is great, move daily, drink clean water, but out of nowhere I started having heart palpitations. Heart rate, rhythm, pressure, oxygen, blood test all came out perfectly fine. I'm not stressed or worried, meditate daily, working towards my dreams, have great relationships so don't know what might have caused this. Im just overly aware of my left side of the body pounding with each heart beat all the sudden, especially the left side of my face/neck/jaw. There's no irregularity or skipping, or pain, I feel fine. I'm only 22 years old. Any thoughts on this?

    Why is it hard to choose between two good decisions? How can anyone do that if it's literally a life changing decision?

      That's the whole point of spiritual development :-)
      Sometimes, the head has a problem because when it comes to a fork in the road, it thinks it has to choose one direction/decision or the other, but that is a low level of thinking.
      We have multiple options in most any situation:
      1. Yes
      2. No
      3. Yes, with these qualifiers and no in this or that regard...
      4. The question being asked is not the right question for the situation, or more information is needed.
      The ego wants reassurance "in advance" that it is safe, but life is really more like a journey down a big river and no one really knows where its going, or what it will take to make the journey, so spiritual development is all about letting go to the journey while using your common sense at the same time; if you are in a river, and the journey is indefinite, you'd best have a couple paddles, something to start a fire, a means of hunting, a jug for water, a change of clothing, etc...but the rest is indeterminate...that's what makes it "a journey" and that's what the conditioned ego-mind has a real challenge with...

      There are too many variables for me to guide you blindly.
      I'd highly recommend you go to our web site at: www.chekinstitute.com and find a Chek Level 3 or 4 Practitioner that is also an HLC 2 or 3 nearest to you. Have them do a proper assessment for you, and design you a corrective diet, lifestyle, and exercise program, and you'll learn a lot, heal, grow, and inspire others to do the same.
      If you have to travel to them, its worth it in the long run.

    Hey Paul! I bought your fungal and parasite program and completely engulfed myself in the reading and videos. I'm about to start the program Friday with a 2 day fast. I was curious if there was a section that has more foods listed that you're able to eat on the program? For example, I see a lot of conflicting data about having certain things like fresh tomatoes, quinoa, and high quality grass fed protein products?

    Hello, Paul thanks for the video. I've been thinking about the mind body connection alot lately and got curious about if it's possible to change ones hormones such as testostorone by one's thoughts and emotion. For example if an athlete trains at 10.30 am to 11.30 am and after that he goes into a meditative state for the rest of the day with no desires and just relaxes with no striving tension I.E no drive to move forward. Would this lower his testostorone? basically my question is can a to meditative state reduce growth hormones because of its feminine qualites of surrendering or would one rather benefit and gain testostorone and other anabolic hormones because of the relaxation they get? Also if a male starts acting more feminine and a women starts acting more masuline could this change their hormones?

      Hi,
      A key point to remember is that hormones are the molecules of emotion, and are the means by which the mind interface with the biological body.
      Where your mind goes, your hormonal system goes; body and mind are mirrors of each other.
      Thoughts and activities/actions, in general, either stimulate the Parasympathetic Nervous System (PNS) or Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS), and the hormones produced mirror one's inner-state. If you do a hard workout in the gym and stimulate androgen production, and then go into a relaxed, meditative state, you will switch from SNS dominance to PNS dominance, and since the PNS is the growth and repair system, it generally enhances "growth and repair" or anabolic hormone production; this will be a milder response than what would occur with more intensive sources of stimulation such as a short, intense weight lifting session, which will enhance anabolic drive in response to the exercise stimulus because the intensity factor is so high; that said, with physical activities, there is also elevation of adrenaline and cortisol, so there is always a reciprocity in relationship between the bodies response to control inflammation (cortisol) and anabolic hormones.
      That's a general picture of how the body-mind responds to either exercise or thoughts and feelings.

    Hello Paul. I hope you can give me some help/guidance. About 5 days ago I started having very weird symptoms. They usually start in the evening about 9-10pm. Most problematic in evening-night and morning. My face/head/neck heat up very much, and my limbs get hot/tingling-numb. I feel pressure above my eyeballs and eyes get red. I have this crazy pressure and pain like in upper neck/occiput area and I feel pressure like in the brains, like it's going to explode literally. Very bad sleep during those days, because it's almost impossible. I wake up in the night a couple of times and my head/neck is paining terrible, like a lot of pressure in the brain zone, my eyes feel like protruding and look red. I'm actually scared - what is going on ? Cold water seems to help and this almost goes away in the day. On the evening it starts again and I just suffer immensely till the morning. I also get chills. Body temperature and blood pressure is in the normal range. Could it be brain tumor or something like meningitis?
    Please help me, I'm really scared. Thank you.

      Hello,
      Though your symptoms could come from a variety of inputs or potential "causes", and all I can do is share some suggestions based on what you've written here, I can share these comments for you:
      1. The most active meridian in your body between 9-10:00 PM is called the "Triple Warmer" in Chinese medicine. This meridian has a lot to do with the regulation of chi (life force) flow and distribution throughout your body. Historically, it is related to the fermentation processes of digestion, metabolism, assimilation, and elimination, all of which need to work in harmony to keep the body vital and the immune system working effectively. When there are problems here, it generally means, in my system, that there are significant "4-Doctor imbalances" (Dr. Happiness, Dr. Movement, Dr. Quite, and Dr. Diet). Therefore, an important step to your healing is to purchase my ebook titled "The Last 4 Doctors You'll Ever Need - How To Get Healthy Now! from the ebook section in the "shop" section of the C.H.E.K Institute web site: www.chekinstitute.com and apply the teachings to yourself and your life ASAP.
      2. Your symptoms are congruent with an infection: This could very well be a sinus infection, or an infection in your gums, or one or more teeth, which is quite common. If you can't find it locally, go to www.americanwildfoods.com and you can get it there; I'd recommend "Physicians Strength" Oregonol P73 for the most powerful healing results.
      3. Find a local functional medicine practitioner, or a good health food store and get yourself a high quality, Human grade probiotic and start taking that at the suggested dosage first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and just before bed.
      4. Drink as much quality water as you can. At least half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
      5. Look on my channel here or in my 4 Doctors ebook for instructions for optimal breathing, and work on restoring your ability to breath diagrammatically (through your belly).
      6. Get a "Neti Pot" or nasal flush spray from the health food store. Use this to clean your nasal airways.
      You can make your own with a drop or two of oregonal P73 and a drop or two of Frankincense essential oil, and a drop or two of lavender oil. Put in a nasal spray bottle with drinking water, shake well, and spray into your nostrils while inhaling through your nose.
      You could also find a naturopathic physician and see if you can get a proper assessment, and functional medicine testing to see if they can isolate the problem and give you a treatment approach based on their evaluation.

      Thank you very much. I spent half day near the ocean grounding and meditating. This night was much better. I do have a fungal infection - Candida, oral thrush on tongue, probably in GI too. Though it's reduced because I did a powerful herbal 3 month cleanse, yet wasn't able to eliminate it. Regarding teeth, I have 14 teeth sealed, some with cavities and other root canal treatments. Anyway, I think I should do brain MRI at least it's without radiation to see what's going on, because I do have brain gland hypofunction based on the symptoms how I feel and the bloodwork. Maybe a tumor could be suppressing the glands and creating their hypofunction or this crazy head,neck,occiput pain, pressure on eyeballs and feeling that my brain is coming out.

    Paul I noticed in your book HTEM&BH you say it’s important to eat certified organic grass fed beef but for poultry you just say to get certified organic and free range, you don’t say anything about there diet so is it ok if birds are fed grains as long as they’re organic ? Is that what birds eat ?

      Hi,
      Birds eat a lot of seeds in general, but more importantly, they eat a lot of insects, which is a critical component of the nutrition quality within the bird or eggs.
      Always go for the highest quality food you can get as a rule of thumb.
      Those with grain allergies or intolerance can react to flesh foods when the animal has been eating grains, as is common with beef, chickens, and other animals fed grains to fatten them, regardless of being organic or otherwise. One always needs to pay attention to how their body responds above and beyond anything "written on the package"...
      The best birds to eat are organic free range, and eating as wide a variety of birds as possible is wise; chicken, pheasant, ostrich, quail, duck, turkey, goose, etc...
