- Brian dies, meets Jesus, and experiences incredible never-ending love.
Brian Hoyland joined the Military Police Corps right after high school and received an Honorable Discharge and a full military retirement due to disabilities sustained from toxic chemical exposure and has developed several life-threatening autoimmune diseases. After the Military he obtained a Mater’s degree in Counseling Psychology and began working as a psychotherapist with the V.A., Dept. Of Corrections as a program director and as a clinical supervisor with private firms. In August 2016 his disabilities caught up with him, those autoimmune diseases he developed from the toxic chemical exposure, had attacked his organs and particularly devastated his heart, leading to chronic life-threatening heart failure and cardiac arrest in 2017. At that time medical staff worked frantically to stabilize him for over 7 hours. Inevitably he died and was clinically dead for 10 minutes. During that time he met with Jesus in Heaven. Listen to his remarkable story over two episodes of “BEYOND with Heather Tesch”. Brian wrote a book about his experience from his journal only 3 months after his heart transplant, under the pseudonym T. S. Dismas and it is called “From Sudden Death to Paradise”. There are no archeological or historical records that Christ lived in the place or time that he was said to have lived. I am not saying that Christ did or did not exist. I am asking why there are no historical records. If I met Jesus, I would ask him why there is no historical or archeological evidence of this.
Why are you so defensive? What you are asserting (quite rudely) is that I have no right to ask questions. I believe in NDEs. I believe most accounts. But a person doesn't have to believe exactly as you do in order to be interested in NDE's. A person doesn't even have to believe in NDEs in order to be interested. You can't believe in something if you've never heard of it.
The number one lesson of NDE's is that we need to be kind and learn to love one another. There was nothing kind or loving about the way you responded to my comment.

This is so timely for me...I lost my son 3 years ago and it sent my husband into a tailspin....then my husband had major back surgery in April and things don't look good right now. As caretaker, I am relying more and more on the good Lord to help us....thank you for this.

Yup, exactly what I saw: a focus on the good works and attitudes of the human experiencing the vision which then overshadows any mention of the righteousness of God and Jesus Christ and our need to identify with that righteousness and not our own filthy rags of righteousness in order to receive a share of the eternal life of Jesus Christ. Brian’s insight in Heaven was beyond amazing! Some things I’d never heard before listening to NDE stories: Brian saw millions upon millions of people, details of each individual at the same. I loved how Brian said that he couldn’t take his eyes off of Jesus! Such incredible observations he told!

Made it! I read his booked and really enjoyed it. As a deconstructing Christian, I never felt like I had a relationship with Jesus, but I feel like I do with God the Father or Source. And always have. Jesus is obviously super important in the afterlife and I appreciate Brian’s and other NDE encounters people have had with Jesus. More information is good! I still believe in Jesus I just have a lot of unanswered questions. The bigger picture I can get of him from NDEers the better.

I am grateful you tell your storey comprehensively without interruptions.
Interruptions cause people to loose their train of thought and that is often where the golden nuggets of information are missed.
I came here to learn about your nde.
I don't have the financial resources to buy every single book about everyone's nde.
I have listened to around 1500.
I believe in Jesus and God.
And yet as a human when I was attacked by my ex partner and went through extreme suffering, I nearly lost my faith. I went numb.
I do dedicate a part of my spirit to pray for earth and everyone all the time.
I have split a part of my spirit that is all loving to pray.
That part sits in space and looks at earth.
The human me still gets judgemental and angry. Feels hurt and disappointment. All the range of human emotions from love to despising someone or something.
I know I shouldn't judge but do it automatically. Then I have to try to think about that. To not judge.
So how do I feel about my ex partner physically attacking, at night, out of the blue, in a dead end passage, in a remote location?
The person I loved turned to hate.
Not only for harming me but for the ptsd and nervous breakdown he caused. The shock was severe and it caused depression.
My immune system crash and I got sick. Financial ruin.
Being homeless. Loosing everything I worked for that he had nothing to do with him.
Being one step away from living on the street.
The impact my ex partner had on my life was far greater than the attack.
It was like a bomb went off and the shockwaves went out in all directions. Ripples in a pond but much more enormous. Enough to impact my whole life even now.
My normal life is gone.
I cannot even live in my own country, I live on the other side of the world in a totally foreign country.
From the Southern hemisphere where it is warm and sunny to the northern hemisphere where it is cold, grey alot of the time and rainy.
Yet I have to forgive and love my ex partner for the huge trauma and suffering I went through. Very hard to do.
I did everything to protect my partner.
Yet he wanted to kill me.
The trauma shut my brain down that it took a long time to heal from a brain injury and a soul injury.
What I went through was narcisstic abuse trauma and my ex is an alcoholic. He told me to my face he is not going to change. He liked how he was.
In the moment of the attack I called out aloud to Jesus and Arch Angel Michael for help!!
God, Jesus, and Arch Angel Michael did save my life in those minutes.
It was supernatural.
But I still suffered massive illness, hardship and suffering as a result of the abuse. It took years to get to where I am now.
I have recovered but I will never forget.
So yes, my human self despises my ex.
The person I did everything to help and protect turned out to be the most dangerous person next to me who wanted to kill me.
That does my head in.
I want my ex to pay for what he did. That is my human self.
The part of me that knows better is detached and sending love to all of mankind, earth, and our creatures.
It's a dichotomy.
How is that even possible.
I do it for God, outside of my physical body.
I get totally distracted living, I can't keep my focus.
Right now my aunt is going through homelessness and I have prayed and cried for my aunt. I have tried to help her and save her life many times in her life.
Yet when I was going through my trauma she slammed the door in my face.
Now she needs me and I still helped her.
I asked God and Jesus for help but I'm not seeing my prayers being answered.
Our faith gets tested all the time.
I can't get my out of the country. It is very complicated and even for me where I am.
But if it is meant to be God will make a way.
He did change my life that it will never be the same.
The problem with being empathic is we feel the feelings of people suffering and we feel so much empathy for them. We also have a knowing about things.
People sense that we are kind and compassionate and see that as a weakness to expoilt.
That is why empaths attract narcissistis.
We were born empathic it is not learned.
We want to help other people. We suffer if we see animals or people being abused or see war. It goes against our nature.
And we want to be there for people who are hurting.
But not all people are good and some abuse our good nature.
I am very weary after what I went through and will cut people out as soon as I detect they are abusive.
I leave people, places and situations that are not for my highest good.
Self love and self care is important. Not selfishness. Self care.
So yes, we all have these struggles in some way with something we have suffered or are suffering. None of us are perfect and fall short of the Glory of God.
Being human we curse, judge, do mean things, say mean things, etc.
And we also are good, kind, and do great deeds for others too. It is in the small things.
Living life is beautiful and extremely challanging at the same time.
And we all need forgiveness and to forgive.
Forgiving someone who caused us great harm is difficult.
I think of people who are serial killers.
How does a parent forgive a man who stabbed their daughter to death? Or a son?
Life is full of extremes.
It is quite the 3D earth school.

I appreciate that you can recognize areas where you want to grow and become better. As you said, we are all a mix of good and bad. None of us is perfect. Brian describes how God wants to take up his life in us as we surrender our life to him. Heather, this is how we come to hate our own life in comparison to the Divine Life we are offered to live out in His name. Jesus taught us that if we hate our life we will find it but if we love our life in this world we will lose it for eternity. Brian makes difficult decisions moment by moment to choose not his life but the expression of the Divine Love giving life by crucifying his own will toward personal desires and surrendering to God's better path.

Made it! Brian touched on several really interesting aspects of life in this world and the next. I especially liked how he struggled with his true motives for doing the right thing, that the right motive, i.e. selflessness and service to others, is just as important as the deed itself. It's something we all struggle with until the day we die. Brian mentions the "enemy" as a competitor with God in our struggle. I would identify this enemy as our own ego which always pushes self-importance over the importance of others.
Another interesting insight is Brian's experience when he looked at Jesus and could only remember the Light from, or surrounding Jesus. A good analogy might be the light in a lamp. A lamp may come in many shapes, sizes and colors, but all lamps have the same purpose, to be the source of light. This also might be an insight to Heather's question concerning souls who have lived in a spiritual culture other than Christianity. Each religion might receive its spiritual Light from a lamp other than Jesus, but the Light is the same no matter the name of the lamp from which it radiates. Jews still hold to the Light from Moses and other historical cultures who preceded Jesus or had no knowledge of Him did receive Spiritual Light as the foundation of their civilization, moral code and connection to the next world. And I don't recall any NDE which endorsed one religion over another. That competition over which religion is right seems to be only in this earthly world where we not only have individual egos, but also have collective egos which are always promoting one religion or culture or ethnicity over another. And then there are sports competitions!

This is one of the few NDE accounts (of the hundreds that I have listened to) which seems to have a very 'traditional' Christian slant. Brian uses terms like "judgement', 'held my sins against me', 'get in or go the other way', etc. He seems to have experienced the type of death that I, during my Christian upbringing, was taught to expect. Interesting.
I have had many guests and Brian is not the only one to have a Christian view. It does open questions. Why do some people see Christ and others don’t? Do we see what we expect? If so, why do some people see things they don’t expect? Is the Jesus people see in Heaven accurately depicted here on earth within our religions? Or do we have things wrong? I could go on and on. Each Near Death Experience gives us a piece of the puzzle but the more I learn the more I realize I have yet to learn and truly understand. I’ll keep asking questions. Best wishes!
@@Beyond_with_Heather_Tesch Since we don't have anything in writing directly from Jesus, we have only what others remembered, and we know how we're all limited in our perceptions and memories. A theologically trained professional would have understood Jesus one way. A trained historian would have a different memory, etc. The fact is that only about 5 % of the Jews in Jesus' day were literate. So we can be sure that Jesus was much more than we get from the Gospels IMO. A good teacher gives lessons at the level of understanding of his/her students, and Jesus' audience had a hard time understanding Him, and they still do. I like the NDE Jesus with all the love and lack of judgement.

I am beginning to think we each have our own 'heaven' determined by our own personal experiences and desires. There is no 'comparison' or 'judgment'....each Heaven experience is exactly what that soul required, and one that would inspire and uplift that soul. I see us ALL under one tent...the tent of ONENESS and that is something I have actually experienced. I now think it's actually quite simple: Be with God as much as possible, and Share Love. Loving God, Loving All...right out of the Ten Commandments :-). I believe ALL religions and spiritual paths come down to those 2 essentials. Your channel is a BLESSING!

Hi Heather. When you ask questions from NDEers about time, can you ask the question this way: that the NDEer experienced death in a sequence. First the NDEer spoke to a being. Then the being answered. Then the NDEer replied. Then something else happened. So, there was a sequence. How can the NDEer explain a sequence without time? I'm sure NDEers can, but I thought it may be of some help to everyone, to ask the question in this fashion. You can also ask it this way: You were speaking to Jesus, and you knew Jesus had died on the cross for you/us. Well, Jesus had died previously, so isn't that some time in the past? They often say that everything happened at once but they are going to share it in a sequence to make it easier to share and understand. God is offering eternal life as a free gift so suffering is not his will and plays no part in salvation at all. God's relationship with his chosen people had elements of chastening and repentance in it but that relationship did not work out and was over at the end of the Acts period. God is very passively holding out the gift of Ephesians 2:8 & 9 to mankind at large and he's doing nothing to draw anyone or prevent anyone from taking it.
Those that do not rightly divide the scriptures hop all over the pages taking this and rejecting that and no one teaches them that the only books of the Bible that have ANY intel for us today are Paul's letters to the Ephesians and to the Colossians (circular letters to the churches in Asia after Acts ended in failure for the Jews to receive their kingdom) and those letters carried the NEWS that now pagan Gentiles were for the first time eligible to be saved (and everyone not already saved at that point became a pagan Gentile!) not by keeping the law of Moses or doing good works but by accepting God's free gift that can never be lost for any reason after we accept it (Ephesians 4:30 KJV).
It does not get better than that but people want to prove their own worth to God or they hate him because they think he wants them to!

Loosh is something that is produced when God(s) suffers.
But God cannot be trapped, God have to consent to being trapped. God must be willing to be trapped.
So a system must be created to make that happen, first is the memory wipe to make sure you don't remember how many times you have been F with.
Second of all, the system laid out a bunch of loosh approved religions.
Since this is essentially a loosh farm, the key point is to have plenty of cattles, hence any religion that says go forth and be plenty is the loosh system best friend.
Parents must be celebrated as the HERO that they are for bringing a life into this wage slave world without consent where during war times, their child will be used as war meat for rich people's ego, none of these the child asked for, from wage slavery, to sickness, trauma, abuse and death, none of which the child asked for, the parents did this to them but the system makes sure it is these behavior that is celebrated.
The system tries to make sure that people in war torn or depraved countries have the necessary beliefs to produce as many children as possible because it is in those suffering locations where high yield loosh can be extracted.
People who choose to produce offspring also create karma, because they essentially cursed another life into suffering, this can be used against them during the life review process where the system will create a replica of their children asking them to come back to Earth to take care of them either as their old self if the current body is still functional or a new body as yet again their kin, and the interlocking "you drag me down, I drag you down....with love" continues.
For God so loves the world, that it will be used against him.
And because of this, you, me and everyone have been here for thousands of years.

I understand what you are saying Happy Cat and yes I run across that kind of ideology here on my channel almost daily but there are also well meaning people who are genuinely concerned for the souls of other beings. They grew up with certain teachings and it is very hard for them to walk away or believe differently. So they feel they want to share what they believe. I hope that these Near Death Experiences open all of our eyes to realize that (as you said) God is so much bigger and way more loving than we can imagine. I am all about discovering everything I can. One thing that annoys me a lot about these videos is when you get people that start preaching their faith for most of their testimony instead of saying what actually happened. This is when I start to question if it's genuine testimony
Here is the deal, when I put up non-religious Near Death Experiences I get complaints, when I put up religious Near Death Experiences I get complaints. Do we only want to listen to people who believe exactly as we do? I want people to share what they experienced, simple as that - whatever that is. Brian isn’t preaching, I asked him to share his experience and that is what he did and he did it in a very loving and sincere way. There are a lot of great people of varying religious beliefs and a lot of great people who do not subscribe to any religion. I am open to learning from all of them.
We are all trying to get to the same place of love or the state of grace, call it what you will. I'm not Religious but for me Jesus said, to have said 2000yrs ago, "God is (another word for) Love"
It’s telling, Heather, that what you took away from this experience and probably the others you’ve encountered was that “We should always try to do our best,” and that “praying is also important;” because that is the antithesis of the true gospel of salvation which is receiving what God’s Son has already done for us (sacrificed his life to pay for our sins so that when we put our faith in him we share his eternal life) and compared to his perfect obedience, all we could ever offer to the Father are our filthy rags of righteousness. God has made a way out of that despair by basically doing it all for us at Calvary and all we must do is identify with the Saviour that did it! Bryan reminds me of those the Catholic Church calls “saints” with the patina of false humility that hides a secret pride in their feeling of being more special to God than any of us. If a person speaks more about his own righteousness than he does of the righteousness of Jesus Christ, he just might be playing for the other team!
Debbie, Brian is one of the most humble people I have met. He is a very loving soul that is trying to bring people to faith. I hope you will take this as an honest question. Have you considered that your own bias against someone who is Catholic has clouded your views? Brian isn’t judging others, yet you are judging him. Who is acting more self-righteous?

I don't even know if Brian (and I apologize for thinking it was "Bryan") is a Catholic or not; but I certainly was and I grew up in a home where there were paintings of saints everywhere and I even had a holy water font in my bedroom and my priest uncle gave me rosaries personally blessed by the Pope! Catholics are the most giving people in the world though because they are taught that they are saved by their own works; that although Jesus died on the cross, he is only able to throw a rope ladder of sacraments and works for us to do in order to climb up it to heaven. I don't have a bias against any person but I do have a bias against organizations that lead their members to a hopeless eternity by preaching the wrong gospel. And when anyone preaches a salvation gospel that includes even one little drop of their own goodness or works, they are either intentionally - or more likely unknowingly - leading others away from the eternal life that they could have if they place all of their faith in Christ and none of their faith in their own accomplishments. The enemy of our souls is very intelligent and he has observed human nature for nearly six millennia; he knows us better than we know ourselves and that knowledge is what he uses to seduce us into keeping our focus on ourselves and our own righteousness rather than on the righteousness of God in Jesus Christ. I actually feel very sorrowful for what was done to Brian while he was helpless but if I've learned anything, I've come to realize that these intrusions into someone's consciousness can only happen to those that do not have the Holy Spirit by having placed their faith in Christ to protect them from them; when I did, the voices and manifestations that I was experiencing came to an abrupt halt.
I lovingly suggest that reading Paul's letter to the Romans, chapter 10, verse 3, lets us know how God views human righteousness: "For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God." (This was their fatal mistake that cost the first century Jews receiving their Messiah back with their prophesied kingdom!) It's what I see too often in the NDE's that feature heavenly characters; and I see a different version of it in those that feature a Cosmic Consciousness/Source with past life review of good and bad things the subject has done. All paranormal experiences help God's enemy keep unsaved people lost, and worse, they recruit the unsaved victim to pay it forward and keep other people lost as well.

Lots of things made sense in the beginning but then I was questioning almost everything,but I was to lazy to make change I guess at same time mind control did something to me as well

But I can’t get much but off of the chair, finally when I did my feet instead of going outside went closer to the guest pastor and then all supernatural began
First I began to feel tangible presence of something so clean in pure of course not in the sense of washed but holy , this Holy Presence made me lose all straight in my body and I collapse on my knees cover my face and cry almost chocking with my slumber and tears , I cried because I feel like dirt like sinner , guilt shame condemnation. Next thing I know He The Lord just pooled all this wrong emotions from me , but I was still crying but time not from shame but freedom , next set of tears was the best ,because He touch me with His tangible Love like liquid that filled my body
Love and acceptance, at some point I feel like being downloaded with some knowlage or some information can’t really say what it was , I know everything and at same time didn’t remember anything,
I hear some beautiful gentile voice pronuncing name of Jesus very gentle way ,
Took me 3 days to realize that I’m not drinking anymore ,
For next 3 weeks after that every morning I was awaken by angels singing , also during this 3 weeks when I was talking my own words my voice was coming back to me , like I could hear everything i hade said ( my own explanation of this is that my spirit got together with Ethereal Gods spirit and I was adjusting back to time ) I wasn’t also afraid of dying at all ,

I was born I Poland I Roman Catholic family ,every Sunday church but nothing spiritual only religion .older I was getting I wanted get closer to God but nothing I try to was helping ,we emigrated to USA in 1988 , I was 22 at the time, still being religious catholic and still feeling strong pool to Lord , then one day I end up in cult , Christian cult if such a thing can be use as description.
After spending quite few years in cult I began questioning it because many things stop adding up but I was to lazy to step out of it , at same time I was asking Lord to get me out if I’m really I cult,
At same time I end up having problems with alcohol, going for about 2,3 years, also asking God for help about it.
Then one Sunday I showed up in church (sober of course didn’t drink nothing even day before) and this morning there was a guest pastor who wasn’t preaching stupid cultish doctrines byt only Christ
His message was very interesting but at same time I realized I have to go home soon because I promise to my wife, but each time I tried to get up it felt like my but is glued to the chair .
Eventually I did get up but instead of walking out my feet took me next to the guest pastor and then everything began.
First I began to feel I’m being surrounded by something so clean so pure in sense of mind and sinless, this pure Spirit made me feel so dirty etc that I lost strength I’m my body and collapse on my knees, cover my face with my hands and busted crying horribly, almost chocking , feeling also like high heat was going through my body. Crying from sin shame guilt condemnation, but suddenly I felt like all of this wrong emotions are being pooled from me ,my cry continues but this time from feeling forgiven , accepted , but then next wave come , wave of His Tangible Love like liquid floating through me ,so was the reason of my crying change because this was beautiful feeling,feeling of His love , i remember also like some soft gentile voice was pronuncing His name JESUS …JESUS
I felt being loved and accepted.
Also one of things I remember was like God was shearing His knowledge or downloading me with some info or knowledge which I understand but nothing stayed in my memory

Does anyone else see a problem with God favoring some people with private revelation beyond the word of God to which the rest of us are limited? Would this double standard make a possible defense in our judgment?
Just something to ponder, God privately revealed things to Paul, author of several books in Bible, should we have a problem with that? What about Moses? Throughout the Bible God speaks to people through a voice, a burning bush, an angel or a dream so they can share messages with others. Did he stop doing that 2000 years ago?
@@Beyond_with_Heather_Tesch Thank you for asking (and you're asking the right person, LOL, because I have made it my priority to learn to rightly divide the scriptures in order to find the part(s) that apply to us today.) When Paul wrote his last two epistles - the last two books of the Bible written - he told us that, "Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:" (Colossians 1:25-26 KJV)
Paul with his last two letters FULFILLED (completed) the word of God for all time. Many Christians believe that the Book of Revelation, because it's placed last in the Bible, was the last book written, especially because of its warning at the end of it not to add anything to it, but the Revelation of John was written much earlier during the Acts Period and because the Jewish nation the Messiah had come to did not as a nation accept him as their Messiah, all of the end times prophecy written in the Old Testament and to the Jews in the New Testament has been permanently CANCELED (another thing most of Christians are not taught)! God is done with both Israel and Judah and Acts 28:28-31 is God giving them both a bill of divorce. God could have destroyed the world at that point (like some jilted husbands/suitors destroy all the things that remind them of their cheating exes, but instead God acted on a SECRET he had hid completely inside of himself; we call it the Mystery (Ephesians 3:9; Colossians 1:24-25, those last two books again).
The world has been operating (mostly unknowingly of course) according to the Mystery that God revealed to Paul after he let the chosen nation go. That mystery put an end to different special chosen groups favored by God and put every single person ever born or that ever will be born on a level playing field on which they are individually reckoned to be either saved by their faith in God and what they understood about him at the time they lived; or not saved by their lack of belief or faith in God (and we have to leave that determination to God for most of those humans because we don't know their heart but he does), this is what Colossians 3:11 means.
Those saved after the chosen people were dismissed in Acts 28:28-31 were - and still are - saved by accepting God's free GIFT in Ephesians 2:8&9; a gift of eternal life made possible by what his Son did at Calvary and that has NO STRINGS ATTACHED. You could literally accept the gift by faith one day and murder someone the next and you would still be eternally secure in Christ (Ephesians 4:30 KJV) by the unbreakable seal of the Holy Spirit! (THAT is how much God cares about how loving we are, LOL). The gift comes with the complete forgiveness of sins as a fringe benefit, Colossians 1:14 KJV. Your sins no longer play any part in whether you are going to live eternally in the kingdom of God's dear Son (which Jesus will bring to the earth, btw) in Colossians 1:13 KJV when he someday (hopefully soon!) "appears," Colossians 3:4 KJV, and not only invites the living into the new Garden of Eden that will cover the entire earth, but he will resurrect the dead that have had faith in God and/or his Son when they were alive.
So, to answer your question, I'd have to ask, what more needs to be said? The only rules and laws God has for us today is that he has NO RULES OR LAWS! God knows how hopeless we are at obeying anything! He let Israel and the Jews prove that over and over again for 4,000 years! (He already knew how that would go...). So now he has a plan he's unfolding where he did it all for us and he's inviting us to an eternal home in his Son's kingdom - not on our merits but on his SON'S MERITS - it doesn't get any easier than that! But we need to let him know that we want to receive eternal life as the gift he's making it by what his Son did for us; and NOT by trying to deserve it by anything we do! It's human nature to think we have to be good to please God but he isn't telling us that we have to! (The ten commandments and the other laws were something that Israel demanded he give them and you know what? It made him very angry! Remember the thunder and lightning on Mt. Sinai when he gave them to Moses? God wanted to be Israel's "sugar daddy," which is basically what the name he wanted them to call him meant, "Jehovah-Jireh"! People have God all wrong if they think he wants us to obey a bunch of rules and laws because he doesn't! He does know that we are the happiest when we love and help others because that makes him happy too but he also knows it's worth nothing if we think we HAVE to do it! And he wants us to be happy because it makes him happy (just like most good dads)!
So those two letters, Ephesians and Colossians, are God's last words to us until he gives his Son the signal to return back to earth and get the party started. There will be no tribulation, no phony "rapture," no big judgment dividing the "sheep" and the "goats," etc. God has no wrath against the world at all because his Son paid the sin debt of the entire world, everyone that's ever lived! I'm sure God would love it if we were all good little boys and girls but he truly is not even expecting us to be! He knows that Satan tricked us and he sent his Son to fix it so we actually have it better than even Adam and Eve because they did have one law (don't eat the fruit of that certain tree) but we don't have ANY LAWS AT ALL! Jesus took care of sin's eternal consequences for us and so sin is no longer the issue - only your answer to, "Do you trust my Son, Jesus Christ, and what he did for you at Calvary?" Those that have told him no will simply not be resurrected (but I believe those unbelievers alive the day Christ appears will automatically believe when they see him with their own eyes so they will probably be welcomed into the kingdom along with us). It's no longer about what you do; it's about who you know!
Satan is the one that's busy sending his goons to do whatever possible to make us believe that it is about what we do or confuse us as to what the deal really is because he and his fallen comrades want to rob as many of us as they can of the eternal life they know they will never have; their fate is sealed. But ours isn't until the day we take our last breath.
There is no religion on the other side. Maybe he just saw what he wanted to see. The last thing I want to see is the cruel malicious god of the Bible or anything that is connected to it. This guy is to preachy.
Personally, I don’t think Brian is preachy. He is simply sharing what he experienced and truly believes. That doesn’t mean you will experience the same thing. I think it could be that you are lumping him in with some harshly judgmental, angry, and over zealous religious people on earth. I see a huge contrast between those people and Brian. We don’t have to agree with the beliefs of every Near Death Experiencer and their interpretation to still value what they are sharing. I think we can learn from all of them.
