Beautiful creation love the easier idea with mesh and bandages with pinning looks great like it's falling from canvas wanna try this great uve put wot u used in description
I love this idea. I was painting canvas paintings but loss a little inspiration. Hadn't painted in months. I got sooo excited when I saw this technique. I will definitely try this soon. Thank you for getting me started again!😍😍😍😍
Love your work. Just a question. How do you clean your brushes as it would be no good for my plumbing to do it in the sink? I cant find any videos about cleaning your tools for textured art. Thank you
hi! the largest painting created by us in this technique was 50x120 cm and it can be hung on the wall safely. you will need a canvas with a wider frame tho.
hello! we do not recommend that. it dries too fast and it might crack. use joint compound for a better result. enjoy our FREE Material Guide & 3D Paintings COURSES✨ ateliermico-collabs.systeme.io/freeguide
Sheetrock Joint compound can cause cancer when inhaled...this ain´t sound sexy to me girl! any reason why not use modelling plaster or some clay mixed with water?
Just in case you didn't know, everything...absolutely everything causes Cancer. All you can do is try and wear something that will protect you from the dust but even that is not guaranteed to help you. We are all doomed...stuff is in the air!
It’s used on drywall. You can get it at any Home Depot or Lowe’s, Walmart, etc. It’s much more durable than plaster of paris, and sands nicely. It’s cheap.

We’re glad we could help🤍
You make it look so easy. Thank you so much.!!
I can see that any thick fabric can be used instead of just canvas cloth. Thank you for this tutorial.
yes it can, but if you want to go with the model outside the canvas you can do it with wire mesh because it’s stronger ✨
@@ateliermico thank you very much.
A fabulous tutorial and beautifully presented plus the sculpture is fantastic! Much love and peace from London UK ❤

Picasso would be impressed! ❤

This is gorgeous! Can you use plaster of Paris instead of joint compound?
Plaster of paris cracks easily at this kind of project
What is joint compound?
Amazing❤
thank you!🤍
Love your work. Just a question. How do you clean your brushes as it would be no good for my plumbing to do it in the sink? I cant find any videos about cleaning your tools for textured art. Thank you
you can wipe the excess residual material with a cloth or with paper and after that wash the brushes
С тыльной стороны вставить светодиодную ленту. ❤
Love it❤❤
Precioso❤❤❤
Thank you 🙏❤️
This is amazingly done! Just to ask where did you put the wood glue ?
the wood glue is for the medical gauze to stick on the wire mesh
love it
Was this really heavy? I want to make a large canvas like this but don’t know how it will hang
hi! the largest painting created by us in this technique was 50x120 cm and it can be hung on the wall safely. you will need a canvas with a wider frame tho.
I think it goes in the mixture
Is there any replacement of joint mixture... can i use plaster of paris... or white cement..
You can but, those materials crack easily
Por favor, puedes decirme el nombre de la malla que usas?
hi! it’s called wire mesh. check the link in the description of the video to see the material.
I will try making
Good luck ! Tell us how it turns out❤️
It looks like a abstract sculpture
thank you!
Loved this❤! How much do you estimate it weighed after completion? Thinking of doing this at 3 times the scale. Thank you🤗🤗
thank you so much! i would estimate that the weight of this painting is somewhere between 3-5kg
Hmmm...ok. maybe I'll keep it on the small side😆. Thank you for responding😊😊
Can you tell me what the plaster bandages are made of? I'm not familiar with what they are
They are gauze roll with plaster integrated
@@ateliermico Thank you
When did you use wood glue
hello! in this case we are using the gypsum bandages and here you will not need wood glue.
Сколько времени занимает весь процесс?
the process takes between 1-2 weeks and
Please how can I make it shiny like pottery
try glossy varnish
Wire mesh ?
ITS A FABRIC OR SOMETHING ELSE
WHERE TO PURCHASE THAT
hi! it’s a metallic mesh. find the links for the product in the description of this video
@@ateliermico Thank you than i am relaxed 💆
jazakAllah
What type of wire mesh is this
Its a metal wire mesh linked in the description of the video
Hello. Can I use it as a modeling paste without joint pounds
hello! we do not recommend that. it dries too fast and it might crack. use joint compound for a better result.

Sheetrock Joint compound can cause cancer when inhaled...this ain´t sound sexy to me girl! any reason why not use modelling plaster or some clay mixed with water?
hello! using joint compound is the best way to create a 3D painting because this way the painting will not crack
Just in case you didn't know, everything...absolutely everything causes Cancer.
All you can do is try and wear something that will protect you from the dust but even that is not guaranteed to help you. We are all doomed...stuff is in the air!
It is not linked in the description as you state.
Click "more" under the title...it listed under her Amazon shop
I did three and all of it get destroyed It did crumble it It was supposed to do one first I spent a lot of time 😭
hi! sorry to hear that! make sure you are using joint compound and not plaster!
I didn’t see a part where she used wood glue
Because I used plaster bandages, but you can use gauze and wood glue because its cheaper, watch older videos to see
What the F### is joint compound? This is the 2nd video where you mention it and don't properly explain what it is. It is not referenced below.
hello! as we mentioned before, joint compound is a wall filler. if you click on the amazon link it will redirect you to a material list.
It’s used on drywall. You can get it at any Home Depot or Lowe’s, Walmart, etc. It’s much more durable than plaster of paris, and sands nicely. It’s cheap.
Love it❤❤❤❤
thank you!🤍
