Fuji music is late Barrister's idea..(listen to his music Fertilizer) the making and forming with innovation was with the contribution of his friend Kollington Ayinla. I think Fuji creator is Sikiru Ayinde Barrister (original concept), idea/maker is with his friend Asiwaju Kollington Ayinla. Please read through the lines from their comments and records! ' Sikiru told me (Kollington) we should go back to our music, Later he said to me I have started rehearsal what about you? so I quit and ...rest is history.

SAB born: 1948
Kollington born: 1953
(5yrs ur senior).
SAB started were music in 1958 Kollington started in 1963/64 (5/6yrs ur senior ).
Kollington joined the Nigerian Army 1967. SAB joined in 1968 Kollington was a Lance Corporal SAB was a Sergeant ( Again ur senior despite u joining first). SAB and Kollington don't get pension as civil servants because SAB resigned in 1978 to face his musical career while Kollington was dismissed for disciplinary reasons. I repeat SAB resigned and Kollington was dismissed they both not entitled for pension.
SAB 1st album was released in 1966. Kollington 1st was 1975 ( omo iya oni pako) SAB had released Vol1 till Vol7 before Kollington released his own Vol1 in 1975 ( again he is way ahead of u and started before u). Between 1966 till April 1970 SAB has 4 single play record (3mins) and 2 extended record (7mins) which in total is 6 records.
November 1970 till 1975 (when Kollington started) SAB went on to wax 12 LPR long playing records which makes it 18 in total as at 1975.
Guys pls I ask u how come these 2 musicians are on same category??🙊🙊 SAB went to Mecca in 1972 and again in 1975 where he propelled the settlement of feud between Ayinla Omowura and Fatai Olowonyo which Kollington himself was present. In Jan 1976 SAB released his Vol 8 ( ija pari ) and he proclaimed himself as a peace maker and u Kollington should follow his step as ur leader and stop with abusive songs.
Yes Kollington and SAB are friends but truth be told he is older than u and started music way before u.
Kollington should stop sayin "Ekeji mi" meaning my partner. With all due respect SAB is not ur partner he is ur senior both in age and in musical career.
There's nothin like "Ajo bere ni" meaning we started it together... Liar Liar SAB started way before u. 1966 and 1975 are not the same year u should stop lying. Can anybody bring me any Kollington album which he recites the holy Quran full Surah??? I haven't seen any and yet he compares himself as the same level with SAB. CAPITAL NO.
Lastly interviewers should stop merry-go-rounding with facts and should ask straight questions and bring out proof when they ask questions, Kollington is an hypocrite he should accept SAB as a better man and stop lieing. Any Yoruba person with deep knowledge of yoruba language would rate SAB music way ahead of Kollington's. SAB is no more ppl can come out and say watever they like but guess what? His music lives on.. his music from 1966 lives on.

Àyìndé, àńjùwón kò se wí léjó o Ìjà ìlara Kìí tán bòrò o. The mouth of a liar never bleed. Go and listen to Fantasia, Canadian Fuji, The Truth, Dimensional Fuji and so on...... You haven't answered the questions who named fuji as fuji
It is very easy to make inference on the conversations. Kollington said they started the music together and they were more or less childhood friends. The first record of barrister was accorded sakara not Fuji after were, but that of kollington was Fuji. Barrister said the truth by singing both himself and kollington elevated Fuji to its stage today.
