if your are pugging this should be fine everywhere you go as DH. If you want extra dps on Siax and Ensolyss you can take serpent slaying sigil instead of impact. Min maxing it is super annoying you end up with billion weapons on your inventory or use legendary instead but no precasting symbols then.
no spirit boon only proc in combat , if u mean the legend swap for i do here 1:31 that i do to refresh energy so im able to spam resistesnce from "Pain Absorption" utility
