i only started watching dci in 2022, this is the first vanguard line I’ve seen live. saw yall in san antonio, I was standing like 3 feet behind u in the full ensemble lot and i literally took a slo mo of ur left hand to see what the heck was happening lmao.
Why is vanguard’s snare technique so different than all the other corps? I watch SCV snare cam’s and almost seems like the middle finger on the left hand is almost straight, where as in other corps their middle finger is curled. Does anybody have any sort of explanation?
@@NickonGuitar I can’t speak for everyone else but for me at least when I was learning trad I watched a lot of snare cams and tried to model my hands after what I saw, and it felt most comfortable for me so I just kept it that way🤷🏾♂️
So i must ask vanguard not allow battery cams anymore ive noticed there hasnt been any show cams or anything since babylon when all my techs marched that line. Any insight on why theres so little more recently?
