Savor The Traditional Broad Beans Curry 🍛

  • 500g broad beans. Soak for an hour and boil for 30 minutes. I had to boil for another 30 minutes, and this was like butter beans. This broad beans was boiled in the pressure cooker.
    Ingredients:
    Vegetable oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 tomato
    50g tomato paste
    Potatoes
    Coriander, chopped
    2 tbsp. ground ginger and garlic
    1 tbsp. Kashmiri red chili powder
    1 tbsp. Romborossi masala
    1 tbsp. Biryani mix
    1 tbsp. Garam masala
    1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
    Salt
    1/4 grated Hing
    Whole spices. Cinnamon stice, star anise, black cardamom
