Love the medical centre! You could try bus only roads to see if emergency vehicles will use it. Taxis can use it too but may keep most of the general vehicles off. Plus they're red so could fit with the red of the medical vibe haha
Really good episode. I prefer watching expansion rather than infrastructure (albeit, massively important) as the old accountant in me has my eyes fixed on the population counter (but weirdly not the money counter and need to see it go up). Two ideas raced through my mind. I love how CS2 gives us 61 sq. miles to work with and WR:SR gives us 98 sq. miles to work with, yet for some reason I have to fight not squishing buildings into spaces in this game. My town (IRL) of 18,000 people is on less than 8 sq. miles, yet I see tons of open, undeveloped land. Secondly, there was a sadness in watching this video as I prefer to have my pickles on the side when eating my favorite sandwich (cheeseburger), yet I am watching this just after my breakfast of a chocolate croissant with a dark chocolate/caramel mocha.

I think the area between the two one-way arterial roads should be green space, like you said. In Atlanta there is something similar surrounding the Carter Center named John Lewis Freedom Parkway and it's just beautiful to drive along it.

I have a love/hate relationship with the winter in game. Hurts my eyeballs a bit but sometimes it’s so pretty and I don’t get snow where I live anymore so it’s nice to get to enjoy it without actually being cold 😂😂
Regarding the hospital alley way. Remember if you create a district and set the policy to gated, only the buildings in that area will travel through that district.
