That SIC guy is funny, entertaining and good at his job, hope you fly with him more and share the videos. Side note request, please have him sing some snoop gin and juice on the next flight.
I’ve been a GA pilot since 2003, and it still surprises me just how many switches there are to go over on the checklist, on this relatively “simple”aircraft. The engines add a few temps to monitor.
One can never be tired of your videos. Whether as BP (B58 + Co-pilot Kim🙂) or as Bp on Lear 60. Thanks for the kindness of sharing your day with us Happy landings from Portugal
That perfect timing through the hole on the arrival.. that was sick! Would make an amazing little SHORTS video! @22:01 Loved the video! Keep up the great work!
Great content, thanks for sharing..!! quick question from a pilot in training whom would not be able to fly the smaller learjets...., is there room enough on the cockpit of a lear 60 for a guy who is 6´6 ft tall ?
Great video thank you, best of all thank you for NOT overlaying "music". On another note I will have to lose 20kg to get into a Lear 60 flightdeck seat haha!
Hi, i just have a question please, just for my own knowledge. Is that a Bombardier procedure to do the take off and emergency briefing while taxiing? I can understand that a re-briefing is required if there is a new clearance and/or change of runway. Thank you.
Fear of flying tends to be caused either a fear of the unknown or a lack of being in control. Unknown is easy as taking a little time to understand how airplanes fly and the redundancy and safety measures that are implemented can help tremendously. Control issue can be a little tougher.
[note: not a pilot, so I might be wrong on some (or all) of this] Each 5-letter waypoint corresponds to specific geographical coordinates. There's probably nothing of interest on the ground at most of them, but they make navigating airspace easier and more consistent--especially around busy airports. In the USA, many resemble words and names, or are just a combination of letters that's possible to pronounce... sometimes with creative spelling
There are actually a number of rules on how waypoints are abbreviated down to five characters. From a simple first rule to use the real name of the geographical location if it’s less that five characters, and then how to abbreviate it if need be, and how to deal with duplicates etc. You also have novelty names near certain places. For instance near Disney World, you have spots with cartoon character names. Near my home in Austin Texas, you have western themed names like LGHRN for longhorn and TRVSS for Travis for the name of the county. there is a LBSTA or lobster waypoint in Massachusetts. since there are so many waypoints required, some are just randomly assigned. Finally, although unique names would be optimal, it’s really not possible so as long as there is enough separation so that no one is confused, they can be repeated.
Lumpy tyre on taxi often happens when the aircraft is cold and hasn’t flown that day yet. The tyre gets a bit of a flat spot on it until it warms up on taxi. Not sure this would happen on a Lear though? More of a thing on larger aircraft with bigger wheels I think
She was in the video at the very end approaching the plane as the pilots were getting out and I suspect was the one taking the video of the plane landing.
Talk smack much? I hope you're not Victor Alfa Xray'd...seriously. Rode in a Lear back in 87/88 (my old man, AG pilot, was #2 and flying)...the vertical climb was CRAZY.
My whole issue with these pilots is they flat out 100% know exactly what they see these spray tanker aircraft doing is certainly NOT KOHSHER Yet say nothing ..when we were looking for witnesses to any of the geoengineering operations did they step forward NO they did not..
The guy to the right seems more into being funny rather than concentrating on his tasks... Not too professional in jetplane.. Of course you can be funny at Times but he has that complacent way you dont really appreciate when things start going wrong.
Very little discipline in the front, not very professional. If I chartered that Lear a pilot would not be dressed in jeans and T shirt; not much pride in their profession in my opinion

he is a definite clown with a good sense of humor. He makes a good pilot,
The way I literally started singing, "Here Comes The Sun" exactly when you did, classic
Second walk around never hurts if youre unsure of anything! good job!
👍✅ THE Baron Pilot is the best call sign EVER LOL!! Just ask Jacs approach!!!
I’ve been a GA pilot since 2003, and it still surprises me just how many switches there are to go over on the checklist, on this relatively “simple”aircraft. The engines add a few temps to monitor.
Great video! Thank you for not overlaying crappy music and/or fast-forwarding through the flight as so many others do :)
You do have a call sign! You're THEE baron pilot
I was just gonna type that! LOL
LOVE the start up sequence and the smooth communication between the two pilots thru the entire video.
👍🇨🇦👍CYQT 😊
Thanks for bringing us along and to the person filming the landing also ;)

Speedbird is the call sign for British Airways. Great video's thanks 🥳👍
Flying scares me, I mainly feel clusterphobic. I need to fly private to get over it! What a great looking jet! Thanks for sharing!
Welcome back Jorge!
My old stomping ground (kBDL)
The boys are back! 👍
Great teamwork and communication 😎🤙
Glad to see you. And I’m ready to ride along. 😊
Such a beautiful aircraft. Great video.
Another day at the office, but what an office ! THK's
Jorge is cool I would want to fly with him ,Baron Pilot your lucky to have Jorge as your copilot.
When he called rotate he pulled the nose up like a fighter jet. Love the performance on these Lear's.
They are amazing airplanes.
That was awesome-thanks guys!
Nice ride, enjoy the details and professionalism.
Definitely 😁 one of the best 🏆🥇🛫 videos! Love the actual information combined with great cockpit views and lighthearted dialogue 😂 ty
You guys make a great team
That's a really good looking aircraft!
Id love to ride in that thing!! What an amazing aircraft.
This was so cool! Thank you for posting jet flights!
You guys are a good team. Very entertaining
You are always bringing back great memories. One of my solo xcounty flights as a student pilot was from Chatham Municipal to Bradly and back.
I heard Speedbird talking to ATC, Boac, British Overseas used that moniker back in the 1960’s. Fun to hear after all these years
Definitely not designed for single pilot operation. Great video thanks guys!
Great stuff👍🏻🇺🇸
Another Great Video, Chris. I hope to see you at Oshkosh!!
You guuys are always great together haha. And that was a bit of an exciting arrival!
Enjoy the colaborative flight into KFXE. The CPTAN2 STAR clouds were designed just for you that day. :)
ALWAYS sounds very busy in the cockpit. Those radios are going full bl last and changing frequencies constantly.
Good morning from Minnesota! Great episode
Thank you.
That perfect timing through the hole on the arrival.. that was sick! Would make an amazing little SHORTS video! @22:01
Loved the video! Keep up the great work!
Great video! On the taxi out, what did you determine was making the noise?
Very funny turbulence joke!
I would love to ride in this
I really enjoy these videos! Thanks.
bradley is my airport!!!
Great video, y’all do work well together
"Speedbird" is the call-sign used by British Airways for international flights.
Did you ever get an answer to your initial concern regarding a possible flat front tire on the aircraft or did I miss it?😮
I missed it too......
Speedbird call signs are for British Airways flights
Great vid, thanks. Out of interest, why do you apply forward elevator pressure at V1? Is it because it wants to fly at that speed?
Great content, thanks for sharing..!! quick question from a pilot in training whom would not be able to fly the smaller learjets...., is there room enough on the cockpit of a lear 60 for a guy who is 6´6 ft tall ?
You won’t be able to stand straight in the cabin but once in the cockpit you should be able to adjust the seat and peddles as needed.
Thanks.
Great job gentlemen how long was that flight ❓
You were in our neighborhood!
Beacon is beaconing
Great video thank you, best of all thank you for NOT overlaying "music".
On another note I will have to lose 20kg to get into a Lear 60 flightdeck seat haha!
4.000` a minute r.o.c ? Man that`s not a plane! It`s a rocket.
6:24 how do you get the taxi route clearance to pop up in foreflight like that?
Airtime from To, 2, 0 Charlie?
missing your Baron plane vid.......when is the next one?💪🏽
There coming. Just need more to time edit and I’m trying to wrap up Kim’s training series. But don’t worry. I promise more to come.
Was it windy that day

It’s a taxi checklist item.
@@BaronPilot thank you.
What is the thing they reach back and adjust at 11:57?
What was cause of strange noise and/or vibration that you investigated prior to departure?
What was the vibration?
Co Pilot: You know the runway is right there right?
Captain: I know… you want me to go somewhere else 😂😂😂
Kris, can you please consider a video for help with flying anxiety? It would be VERY helpful!
Are you always afraid or just when their is turbulence?
@@BaronPilot always afraid =)
Fear of flying tends to be caused either a fear of the unknown or a lack of being in control. Unknown is easy as taking a little time to understand how airplanes fly and the redundancy and safety measures that are implemented can help tremendously. Control issue can be a little tougher.
Curious as to what it was if not a flat tyre!
A round one??
Space Shuttle Launch? Vid posted 3 weeks ago? When was this video shot?
I misspoke. Growing up in Florida launches were all Space Shuttles. So I call everything a Space Shuttle launch. 🤷🏻♂️😂
Man that guy sounds like desi Arnaz on I love Lucy
how do you fly the plane with all those flashing screens?? dosen't that get annoying?
They don’t flash. That’s an effect created by the camera due to the screens refresh rate.
So why the odd names for the wave points like captn1 and is there a physical location for it or is it a random made up can you explain this ?
[note: not a pilot, so I might be wrong on some (or all) of this]

It's all fun and games until someone lands on the tower. Kim is better looking, but the other guy cracks me up.
i dont see beers on board !!
Just curious why your FOs never act as flying pilot?
Some one is a little lax in the attention dept.
The tire issue could only be legitimately tested with a tire pressure gauge
Lumpy tyre on taxi often happens when the aircraft is cold and hasn’t flown that day yet. The tyre gets a bit of a flat spot on it until it warms up on taxi. Not sure this would happen on a Lear though? More of a thing on larger aircraft with bigger wheels I think
I still can't deal with that paint job.
Hard landing? Pax oxy dingleberry
Not sure AI is taking your jobs any time soon. I'm not sure I could cope with the radio never mind flying the blooming thing 🙂
😂😂😂😂so funny
Could it be that I just saw you at the Pont du Gard in France? Or do you have two look a likes?😂
Figured God trough away the mold after making me. One must have slipped through. 🤷🏻♂️🤣🤣
Been awhile since I’ve seen 1 of your videos. You upgrade?
Not sure I'd like to fly with the guy in the right seat
Hey pic what ever happened to sic she kinda just poofed
She was in the video at the very end approaching the plane as the pilots were getting out and I suspect was the one taking the video of the plane landing.
Talk smack much? I hope you're not Victor Alfa Xray'd...seriously.
Rode in a Lear back in 87/88 (my old man, AG pilot, was #2 and flying)...the vertical climb was CRAZY.
Why only Fl-410 when that 60 can go higher. Higher means less gas and more speed...but you should know that.
Higher could mean prohibitive head winds ... but you should know that. 🤔 ^v^
Higher is also more stress on the fuselage because of the pressure difference, so shortens life expectancy of the aircraft
My whole issue with these pilots is they flat out 100% know exactly what they see these spray tanker aircraft doing is certainly NOT KOHSHER Yet say nothing ..when we were looking for witnesses to any of the geoengineering operations did they step forward NO they did not..
Agreed. It’s obvious
The guy to the right seems more into being funny rather than concentrating on his tasks... Not too professional in jetplane.. Of course you can be funny at Times but he has that complacent way you dont really appreciate when things start going wrong.
He has the controls right in front of him buddy. He knows what he’s doing
Very little discipline in the front, not very professional. If I chartered that Lear a pilot would not be dressed in jeans and T shirt; not much pride in their profession in my opinion
Part 91 flight and we were empty going home. Thanks for watching.
