Beautiful voice, and a lovely rendition of a wonderful choice of music - I really enjoy these tribute videos where you reference famous music videos from other genres. Please do make more!
Spooky! I was humming this tune to myself today. Such a hit for Mr. Handel. I always loved him but he became much more meaningful to me after visiting the Foundling Hospital Museum, where a very lively terracotta portrait bust is on display. This is such a beautiful video and the performances are ravishing.
I have O Level Music and epilepsy linked to my autism. See what I'm saying? Nice to hear one of the arias I sang for the practical component of the exam but a bit tricky to be subjected to spinning light. Not a totally inclusive production but nice voice. 🤔
It's hard not to imagine the production team with the fan, the rain bucket, the fireworks, just throwing stuff at a spinning performer in front of a camera. Not gonna lie, I bursted out laughing when I saw the fireworks. 🤣
Looks like the scene from Spielberg's 'Close Encounters' when the hero's repair truck is stopped by space aliens on the country road. Where 'ere you gawk...

I just wish he'd refrained from using his tremolo in every conceivable moment. I've never understood why anyone loving music would want to muddy a beautiful tone with this permanent wobble.
Beautiful voice, musicality and colleague ❤️🌈
Absolutely wonderful! May he have a long and prosperous career.
Lovely!!! Greetings from Athens Greece.

Outstanding rendition of this piece from Semele. Haunting. What a talented tenor.
Love to see this series from OAE. What an absolutely beautiful voice Hugo Hymas has
Exquisite
Bravo bravissimo🎵❤️🎶

Hugo H blew my mind. Gorgeous.
Hats off to whoever was playing the watering can. Amazing performance.

What amazing concentration HH keeps up, to sing so beautifully amongst so many distractions!
Beautiful not unlike Richard Lewis rendition
I kept thinking: "What's next? Hurricane? It's hard enough to sing! Poor guy..."
Gotta say, feels odd listening to this in November, but it's early for next summer at least :)

Immenso George Friedrich Handel
Film students and musicians must be encouraged to explore ideas, otherwise what’s the point? Museums in D major?
They must also be ready to acknowledge when their efforts fall short.

What is the artistic justification of this video ?
The lights and water are unnecessarily distracting.

Get a life
I'm not sure that worked.
Why abuse perfomers in this way - for that is what the visuals here do.
Completely agree. Such an unnecessary disrraxtion. I switched off.

Can't watch because of the lights
Wow did you ever miss the artistic vision being presented… oh well your loss I’m afraid!
