I mean, all the Yu-boys in Arc-V has some meta relevance. Yuto's Phantom Knights were meta for a bit. Yuri's Predaplants were a pretty good engine not to mention Starving Venom being a super poly target and Dracostapelia being a good Extra Deck card in Fusion heavy decks. Yugo had the least relevance as Speedroids only were used because they made rank 3's easily without commiting to your normal summon and Crystal Wing is still one of the best Synchro Monsters ever printed.
blackwings feels missing, it put up some tops and did much more than 90% of other anime decks. Arc-v had a few decks that reached rouge like Phantom knights, fluffal, LunaLight, D/D/D . But they pretty much hit it out of the park with vrains, everyone had a meta archtype in that show, codetalkers, rokkets (dragon link), gouki, @ignister, altergeist, marincess even Sunavalon is getting play in plant combo
In vrains every one has earther one monster form frome the protagonist or rival that's good or arctype that defined meta such as trickstar algest goki and hell dragon link is revolver deck he jest need a basse arctype and rokkets fit the bill
