The difference here is Giuntoli is litterary picking this manager and he will work with Motta! Also Juve has plsyers that can work with Motta United don't
I keenly watched Bologna vs Salernitana yesterday and i could see how they fluidly moved with the ball, and they sort of just made it easy for them to control the game almost effortlessly, the only issue i had with them was they were too slow to make decisions when they got towards the opponent's goal
Don't think they going to sack Ten Hag, the new guy just got here so he will give him time. It would be another copy and paste thing they were doing in the past if they change it up. Barca could be open for it. Maybe Juve eventually
Really love the content, but if I could just ask one thing: could you work on pronunciation of the player names? Calafiori was mentioned a lot, but his name was often pronounced as califiori or caliafiori. I know it's not the point of the video, but i thought i'd bring it up anyways in case it's useful. In general though, I learn so much from these videos so thanks!
do a video about why united always concede right after scoring 🙏 it’s so common this season that even after mount’s goal, i didn’t feel confident about winning
Hi Dave, could the reason Ten Hag brought in Mount this season be due to him planning on also using a libero? On the surface, a midfield of Bruno, Mount and Casemiro/Mainoo seems defensively unbalanced. McTominay also plays high as Mount's replacement, leaving the gap between midfield and defence. Assuming the players are fit next season, could a Martinez libero facilitate a Bruno, Mount, Mainoo midfield?
@StatmanDave I wonder if you know Ruben Amorim, who acutally coaches Sporting clube de Portugal. You should, because this system is known as he puts Sporting playing for some years now. If you don't know him, do a bit of reasearch, you'll enjoy
I think ETH use Motta s system for rest of the season coz players he has right now tired can't run and likes of mount, Fernandez and mainoo can play with each other.also I think he tried it last season
Ngl, I am tired of premature hype if so many managers who try something new in a club that allows them time a space to lose games and experiment but crumble when they demanded to win things, meanwhile managers who have won respective leagues and cups in different places in Europe are looked down upon once the hype is over or when althey are forced to work in club that have too much media pressure or are dysfunctional organizations that scapegoat good managers. Every few months content creators flock to some tweaking and hype it as a path breaking upcoming META, and then the bubble burst and everyone is disappointed because the competitors figure out the solution and the hype makes these managers too stubborn to change things. There is nothing new a out almost all tactics, it's just that us fans have a very short memory.
Where should Thiago Motta manage next?
Liverpool
Juventus according to rumours
Juventus
Chelsea
I'd say Barcelona as a former Barca player
Similar video was done about Ten Haag only for him to start playing a different brand of football with United. No guarantees, folks.
The difference here is Giuntoli is litterary picking this manager and he will work with Motta! Also Juve has plsyers that can work with Motta United don't
Nah cos who was there when dave did the original vid on this 🤣
Yesssssss lad. ❤❤❤
Literally thought to myself "Wasn't this a big thing like 5 years ago?"

Maybe Man Utd should get a manager that deals with relationism tactically, just a thought

Wonderful dive into tactics. Would love to see one for Amorin. I've heard a lot about him but donno his style of play. Would love to find out
I love to see tactics evolve so interesting
Great analysis bro for us to understand more about the games.
Imagine him coming to United and having Martinez and scalvini as liberos
Greater chance of getting Southgate at this point
Martinez cannot play liberos, because of his lack of running ability
Bro will you do a ruben amorim tactic video in the future?

Please do stuttgart tactics
Loving these vids. Can you do one on Amorim? As a Liverpool fan I would love to watch it

Hiya Dave could you do something on Lionel Scaloni and Barcelona as he as been linked with the job eg tactics and potential signings.
Hi Dave. What about Fabian Hurzeler, manager of st pauli. Uses the same libero and very compact in defense
Libero is technically a sweeper behind a back 4, is it not? @statmandave
More like roaming CB
Mainoo could be a libero playing that way like Stones too
man united linking with this guy i still hope we can keep ten hag
Hiya Dave can you do something on Xavi becoming new manager of Ajax how he would set them up and potential signings
going to try and emulate it on fm 24 with juventus( ready for next year)
Fantastic 🙌🏼
David Luiz was a Liberio at Chelsea under conte

@Dave please do a tactical analyis video on Zerkzee;)

He’s coming to Juventus and bringing Calafiori with him

Great Analysis as always, Dave.
Hopefully thiago motta can do an xabi alonso
another van gal no please
statman dave i alwys like your stats🖒🖒
Do you bring him to man utd ?
He should be considered...
No please.
@@StatmanDave Do you think he would do better than Ten Hag?
These tactics are a bunch of bologna
I keep ten hag one more season if he doesnt make progress then consider a new manager
FM25 👀
what is your job bro..? Are you a full-time RUclipsr, or do you have another job?
Full time brother
@@StatmanDave So your not the stripper known as "statman Dave" then? lol

It's not "LiBEro". The accent should be on the i, "LIbero". Think at it as saying "Lee".

So Motta is the shiny new coach that English people are obsessed with?
Sarri
Potter
Bielsa
Ten Hag
Nagelsman
Xavi
All came and gone. Motta is next 😂😂
ju ve ju ve juve juve juvejuvejuvejuve
Buddy, please stop saying libero...like that.
To much tactics runes the game and makes it harder for players to show their potential
This is boring.
"Look, I made up a 2-7-2" (exactly the same 3-2-2-3 everyone else uses just with different rotations)
