I use elephant garlic by roasting the whole clove (without the husk on it) then store them in a vacuum sealed container with a good Italian dressing as a “brine”. Then store them in the fridge. Sometimes I eat them straight from the jar like candy, or add them to pasta salads, hot pasta dishes, or smeared on toasted French bread. Love your videos! Your new home is incredible and beautiful!!
