      The people running the federal; agencies stay the same, so it doesn’t matter who you vote for. The only way to break the system is to shut off the flow of money, create more chaos in the house, vote independent. The government is going to shut down and no one will get their draw from the taxpayers though…that’s not going to happen. Let GOD’s will be done. I can’t change the world

    So we farm in Illinois and it's remarkable how the state legislature & Governor doesn't know what things look outside of Chicago yet feel adequate to impose regulations on farms.

    Laws are passed for a reason, if the reason is outdated it's the citizens who have the power to reform but YOU gotta get off your butt and lobby!

    The problem is not state laws. The problem is lawlessness.
    What they are doing to farmers and others is outside and beyond the scope of the laws.

    It should not be so hard to reach your representative to the federal government, it is the people they represent

      It’s not really hard. I had an issue with a federal agency, wrote to my rep, problem fixed within 2 weeks.

    • @patrickcleveland
      @patrickcleveland 2 месяца назад

      @@valfreyaaurora4922 it wasn’t hard for you. You are assuming that approximately 759,999 other people in your district are going to have the same experience as you. When our country was founded, after the first census, during the third congress,our representation was one representative for approximately 37,000 people. At the time it was argued that the representation was not enough. Our government today is not the government envisioned by our founders, but the government they tried to avoid in the writing of our constitution.

      @@patrickcleveland it also depends on what you are contacting them for. I’m also a big proponent of you get what you vote for - and in general people should stop voting against their own interests.

    • @patrickcleveland
      @patrickcleveland 2 месяца назад +1

      @@valfreyaaurora4922 I am sure they decide whether you letter is in the fast or the slow lane. You are correct, you get what you vote for. When 100% of the people think 50% of the people are wrong, 100% of the people should quit voting for sides.
      In a republic, the power rests with the people through their representative. In order to protect this democracy, the people should vote Independent, for someone to represent the people of the district regardless of how the rest of the country sees it, for the House.
      They control the money. When you vote democrat or republican, you are giving your voice to a side, which has its own agenda.

    A lot of laws start out well intentioned but the long term or unintended consequences are bad. The laws on seeds, in some states, started because commercial vendors were taking shortcuts. The reliability of seeds and getting what you paid for was going down hill fast. So laws popped up putting regulations on seeds.
    But now, even seed banks that local towns ran were shut down as well as making it illegal for the average citizen to share seeds with neighbors. I suppose some places have regulations on growing food on un-licensed lands.

    First, we all need to get on our knees, turn to, seek Jesus Christ, and seek the TRUE information on what's going on in your own background
    Second is knowing why, how to vote, when taking an " NO " ANSWER, and finding a way to MAKE IT AN " YES " ANSWER!
    Lastly Our Personal Freedom cost many people their mental and physical lives!
    Many veterans have given up on themselves because nobody is willing to be a " comforter to them - as they are to US! "
    During WWII, many people of the Enemy were able to die for their " PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ! "
    Do what you're able to do - encourage the broken hearted - whatever you scraficial give - will return scraficial more than you could hold in your heart!
    Be strong and of great courage, for The Lord our God is with you, and me!
