The way of making tea, making a decoction and then putting it in milk is good and different from the boiling everything together method, BUT,
I am really not sure how that circular action of pouring the decoction was in any way helpful.... It just made glass dirty and wasted unnecessary amounts

Unlike many foreign countries, the density of people in India is high so is the speed though the ambience & prices are way lesser, doesn't even cover their margin properly !!
Its great and all but I prefer they do it sloooowwly.. rather than them looking like there in a rush. Because I feel like when you're going slowly you can put the ingredients more accurately and importantly, less messy.

This is the way to make real tea. Very good. I always make tea like this. Some people make tea boiling tea leave with water. That's not the reall way to make tea. If you boil the tea, it will get poison. Pool the water and poor it in the tea pot cover it for 2 or 3 minutes and mix it and poor it in the milk mix sugar in the milk. Very nice.
