Literally!! He doesn’t get pride because he’s never been given a reason to not be proud of being gay. His family is accepting. His husband’s family is accepting. He has houses in California and Colorado, two of the most progressive and LGBT+ friendly states in the country. He doesn’t have to worry about being fired or denied from a job because of it. His wealth and privilege have him so far detached from the struggles most of the community face. Of course he doesn’t give a shit about pride; he’s never had to.

And they said in the video they didn’t want to go back to get it. As someone who has ADHD as well, ADHD medications can be literally life changing! Once I got on the right medication (Adderall), I can finally do things and not have such racing thoughts. It’s like I can actually grab an idea and go with it if that makes sense. So definitely advocate for adhd medication if you need it! Only downside for me is that my adderall makes my stuttering a lot worse and the come down can make people irritable. If that happens, adderall ER can be helpful sjnce it doesn’t have such a harsh come down. 😊
