Audiology - Inserting and removing hearing aid with an ear mould

I honestly don’t have wax in my ears because it’s clean and tidy. I must never place cotton wool buds into my ear canal because it can deafen my ears completely and I’m not joking . The tubes are worn out when they go solid and have them replaced around perhaps every 4 months depending how solid the tubes are.

I have canal ear mold that has no lock to pull out with, so I try not to take it out by tube. What happens when the tube gets loose and what can I do to secure it back? Thanks
