What I like about the Lover era is this is her first original masters album. Plus it’s her first album to talk about political issues and making her own business decisions making her own powerful business woman.
This version of Cornelia Street blows the standard studio version out of the water. My cousin got Cornelia Street in this format as a surprise song at her Eras show and said she was fully in tears from it because she remembered how a bunch of people went and left flowers and little trinkets on the actual Cornelia Street right after the breakup with Joe happened as a sort of "mourning". It was a whole thing
There are several songs from Lover where I honestly prefer the acoustic version - I'm curious how you'll feel when you listen to the album versions, and which ones you end up preferring.
