The 4 wheel drive versions of these trucks were called "high boys" as they had higher ride heights for the extra drive train components. So if you make a 2wd version use the lowering springs for canonicity (and to make it easier to get in the bed) 😉
Could always go for a Uncle Jeese (dukes of hazard) build. White, regular cab, short bed, 2wd farm truck.
Fun facts: a B series truck was a Dodge from 48 - 53, Ford from 63 - 94, a Mazda branded Ford Ranger from 94 - 11. From then on its known as a Mazda BT-50 with the Mazda CX SUV's sharing the frame.
