This man is a real entrepreneur. He sees opportunities in everything. He deserves to be a billionaire. Thanks for making Naija proud.
He is probably already a Billionaire!!! Kudos to Enish...making us proud in diaspora

Enish is already a billionaire guy, like you don’t know him
I first went to Enish in Dubai and it was just dope to know somewhere like that was within reach. Loved that the name was a portmanteau between his wife’s name and his. Glad you shared his story! 🙌🏾
love watching your content and learning every upload
He is doing amazing stuff. Was super Inspired just from spending Time with him. I felt prouder to be Nigerian cause we don't take "No" for an answer and we will keep pushing till we win!
@@TayoAinaFilmsEven you are inspiring to us by doing what you are doing, you can already be proud of it❤
Tell your own story...
Where is the restaurant in Dubai? Never heard of it and I’m a dubai frequent flier
There's this day I was in London with my friend and needed a Nigerian Restaurant to eat. I typed Nigerian Restaurant near me on my map and Enish popped up. I told my friend let's check out this place. We used our map walked distance looking for Enish, till we found it. We ordered our meals and enjoyed it. After that day I informed all my friends about the place. We all leave Maidstone for hours to London just to eat from Enish. Today I see myself and my girls right here in this video. 😊😊😊
"For you to grow, you need a team"...'You need to trust people'. This was it for me.
So true, you can actually do good by urself but you can be at your best with a good team
Guess why the wife's name is first? Because she is the executive brains behind the business and she funded it too. Who do you think secured the bank loans? She did. She is the professional engineer, not him.
We don't even know what his profession was before they got married. He is a hustler. She is the brains behind the brand. We want to hear her side if the story too!
please do you know them ?@@tamuz9633
"I'm not mentally ready for Nigeria..." - I felt that.
Imagine it now…pheww😢
Tayo, you really caught a BIG fish with a midas fin!

It's absolutely refreshing to hear about an African success story in the Western world!
This man needs to be on FORBES....his story is so inspiring
For sure!!

Just finished this video and I’m so happy for Enish’s growth. Definitely inspired by his story 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The story is truly inspiring, it makes one realise that opportunities are everywhere we just have to think beyond the obvious
When he said he is not ready for Nigeria mentally I totally get it. You need to mentally prepare for doing business in Nigeria like you are going to war. Even just for me to go to the Nigerian house in London I have to do prayer and fasting first.
I can totally understand him.
A kenyan enjoying such inspiring content here give me likes to feel appreciated too
This is what I love about my Nigerian brothers. Where others see obstacles, they see opportunities. What a great interview Tayo!!!👏🏿
Thanks for watching
@@TayoAinaFilms Tasty’s is another huge Naija owned food chain in Greater London and other parts of the UK.
It would be great to watch an interview with the CEO/founder as their growth has been vast and amazing and they are not in the same category as Enish.
They are a takeaway chain, as opposed to a restaurant chain.
Very, very. A very challenging one 🌿💥🌿
Just started my own foodtruck in America and I pray and know I’ll definitely get here INSHA ALLAH. Thanks for the video and I got lots of knowledge from this. African Avenue is going to be this big soon
It will grow more than you can imagine ❤❤❤, I enjoy a little beginning

Amen king God bless your business mightily. Please tell me your socials where you advertise you food so that I can come support you when I visit the States.

I really enjoyed watching this.
😂 The way he answered the questions on "High cost of living" and "Racism" got me😂 plus "I am not ready for Nigeria mentally."
Same here 😂😂😂😂😂 it did highlight to me that he isn’t about victim mentality and that right there and what brought me where he is.
This is the best interview on the channel so far. He’s funny, honest and down to earth
He is a liar, who started from nothing until his engineer wife funded and co-founded their restaurant empire. He does not appreciate his business partner' and wife. See how he said that he wanted his name to be first? He is ego fuelled and pride driven.
You don't say things like thst about your wife. That's so disappointing. This marriage us not going to last very long. In the UK, the eife gets half of everything after a divorce. He better humble himself now and stop talking nonsense from his egoistic behind 😮
He's so entrepreneurial & blessed. An ENISH is needed in Paris!!!
Nigerian's are very supportive to each other... I love their spirit
This is Gold! Congratulations to Olushola and Eniola Medupin on the success of their restaurant chain.
43 years very impressive and quite a funny guy too
Confident young enterpreneur
This interview really made me emotional and inspired. Man like Mr Sho. I was one of the pioneer staff at the Lewisham branch shortly after my MEng and I recall we’d have lengthy conversations about his vision; I thought he was crazy. He definitely is a pure soul full of banter and more importantly he treats his staff with dignity and respect. He’s also hired people I’ve sent to him and he’s definitely ordained for greatness. This is surreal to me. Shola & Eni… blessings to y’all. I’d stop here cos if I say more he may read and know who I am😆.
You are the best. This is the comment I've been looking for.
I wish to work for you.
Nah he’s actually hilarious, but I’m actually inspired 😂. He seems unfazed and super confident in his approach to business
May I have your email
I went to Enish in London in December last year! Best African restaurant of my life. I live in Paris and there are a few African restaurant here, but Enish is something else 😍
As a Cameroonian I just love my brothers from Nigeria, y’all make us other Africans proud! Keep shining 🔥🙏🏾
Best? Nah, their food needs some touching up especially their stew. Good customer service yes! But food? I wasn't impressed at all
Yes I agree! I live in London & have tried the ilford one , customer service is so bad & food definitely could be better !
@@jessicaalvesos876 Comi num restaurante de nigeriano no Brasil na galeria da rua 24 de maio em São Paulo! Tinha uma mosca morta dentro do prato! Tirei e mostrei aos meus amigos! Continuei comendo! São coisas que acontece!
I love what he said about not paying attention to racism or obstacles. Too many focus on the negatives when it can be a distraction and deterrent from your goals. The fact he’s remained humble with his spending and mindful of retaining wealth.
My go to place for African food in Dubai. #I am not a Nigerian 😊
Their egusi soup and pounded yam is to die for. 😊
I visited the one in Oxford last year, and till date, it's one of the best banga soup I ever had. Beyond the food, the story behind it is quite motivational, thanks for doing what you do Tayo 👌👍
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor ?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $508k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
Do you mind sharing info on the adviser who assisted you? I’m 40 now and would love to grow my stock portfolio and plan my retirement.
I’ve actually been looking into advisors lately, the news I’ve been seeing in the market hasn’t been so encouraging. who’s the person guiding you?
Got to give credit to this guys parents. They seem to imbibed in him a wonderful can do spirit. We tend to forget that a lot of this success stories start with being taught as a child to follow ones dreams and aspirations in life. Kudos to the Enish clan and family.
He is just after anything that brings him money...very humble man, very inspired
Really happy to see this. Went with my cousins to the Lewisham branch when it just opened. The setup was nice and the food was very good. The customer service from Mr. Shola was excellent as he came to our table to say hello and when he was told it was my cousin's birthday he gave us a bottle of wine on the house. Still stands out as my best customer service at a Nigerian restaurant. Happy to see the growth of the brand.
I was just talking to a friend about the need to have more African dishes served in UK restaurants.
Then I bumped into this video today.
What an inspirational story.
We need more people like him.
This man is an inspiration! He doesn't undermine people. And I love his mindset about money. God bless you brother 🙏
What you see, you can achieve!
Amazing interview with a very confident, down-to-earth, and positive Nigerian. Well done Tayo.
I totally agree with you, he definitely sounds like a down to earth person
I came home this evening from the gym and my husband was watching this interview. It was close to the end. I loved so much that I decided to re-watch it on my own. My favorite part is when Shola said: "I rather do it and fail"... that's a real entrepreneur spirit. THANK YOU VERY MUCH INDEED. Just what I needed to hear.
BTW, can't wait eat at Eni🔥sh during my next visit the UK or Dubai. VRAIMENT MERCI BEAUCOUP 🙏
To me Enish was always going to be super successful. What distinguished Enish from other African restaurants that came before them (805s) was a strong focus on customer service and a focus on the younger demographic. People tend to spend more/come back to your establishment when the customer service is good and if we’re being honest it’s the young people that spend money not the aunties and uncles, something 805s failed to realise; giving Egbeda customer service when you’re in London. Abeggg.
As someone who was an 805 stalwart and proud to see a nice Nigerian restaurant in London, after one too many long waits and terrible experiences I have moved on to Enish and can't go back. They have done really well.
Yes 805 failed to work on their Customer Service.
Customer service at 805 is diabolical. Not with the hassle with other options like Enish
Success story are the right words to define this brother who promotes 🇳🇬 and all of Africa through his chain of restaurants around the world
I am a Nigerian living in the UK (Yorkshire to be precisely) and I have never heard of Enish until today. The problem i believe the Londoncentric nature of most businesses. There are many Africans living outside London and Olushola should think about maximising in key locations like Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh etc. As business grows and expands, he should look into Europe as well. I wish him well 🙏🏽
Enish is quite big around here in the London region
I stay in dublin and I know Enish .
There are not enough Nigerians in Yorkshire.
Ethnic Restaurants can only thrive where the people of origin cuisine populated.
@@theduke6174 nah there are plenty Nigerians in Leeds. There is a thriving community here and even Ghanaians as well. I would open in such areas if I were him
@@Ola-ly7fs I rarely go to London unless it is for business or family. Maybe one day I will stop by there

Now I want to make it a mission to visit all 11 restaurants and any future restaurants he opens. Love how he candidly shared his journey without BSing anything ❤
Wowwww... This makes me remember my wonderful Chopper Bicycle in the '80s! I loved that bicycle in secondary school in Benin City... I rode all over G.R.A. area in Benin...one of the best times of my life ...the freedom and the class of a chopper...having a chopper then was like riding a Benz...lol
Shola does not see racism. That means he doesnt let anything distract his focus. Thank you for a new inspiration. Yours is the sweetest success. One can get rich legitimately... word!
Many people don't understand this part of the Nigerian mindset. Racism is just an obstacle in the way of your destination, it is not a stop sign or roadblock.
Mr. Shola, thank you for bringing GLORY to Nigeria world wide. God Bless you and your family!
This is one of your best interviews. I swear. Your guest dropped so many valuable lessons.
Very impressive. If half of our people were like him on the continent. our sisters and brothers would not be risking there lives to get to Europe. We need more people like him. He's still humble.
I love how he responded to the question of racism. Wow! What a great human being!
I'm blessed! $60,000 every month. I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church, God bless America
My husband and myself started out with $8,000 and get a windfall of $60,000 every month guaranteed from returns
How do make that much monthly?
I earn from investing in the digital market with the guidance of Anne Mayfield Jones brokerage services
Financial adviser, Anne Mayfield Jones trading services has been on my portfolio for a while now. She's a licensed broker with ALPS DISTRIBUTORS, INC. Moreso, she's got a 14 year trade experience under her belt

Business men dont waste money
Their first branch was in my home town it used to be a Chinese restaurant that was closed down for years and it’s a staple in the local area it’s amazing how much it’s grown
I have been to their Lewisham restaurant with my secondary school classmates from Nigeria and we had a 20yrs reunion there. It was amazing and I love the pepper soup in particular and their isiewu.
This man carries the grace of prosperity and I really love his personality.

Thanks Mr Shola.
was in London last week and I visited 2 of their restaurants. the one in Brixton and Camberwell. and I can guarantee that their meals are damn good.
Are the prices cheaper there ?
I doubt they will be fully authentic as some ingredients won't be fresh. And using imported Chinese tilapia is not good for you. They should try to get imported African fish if possible

Congrats to him for his achievement with regards to Enish.
However, I have been to 2 Enish restaurants different locations in London and he needs to address the staff professionalism.
I like Enish and this is just constructive criticism..
You will find most staff are paid minimum wage hence they don't take it seriously. For them (like most) it's just a job to survive
I totally get you. This is an issue with a lot of African and even Caribbean restaurants.
You’re very right! The food and atmosphere is good . But the staff ehi 😂black people are naturally rude and have zero customer services
