I have watched several countries reacting to her videos (competing countries in EVSC) and they were 99% blown away by this performance. I’m very relieved this channel got this right. She is a rare talent that needs way more exposure than she has. She is well known in Europe from her previous win (2012 EVSC) and other releases but it’s time the rest of the world gets to share in this amazing talent! The only one that comes close is the song from Norway, but Loreen is from another planet. If Loreen does not win, it proves once again how corrupt the Eurovision song contest is.
She won Euro in 2012... if you get a chance check out her album Heal. The wining song from Euro is on there from her called Euphoria... but the entire album is AMAZING!

Loreen is born and raised in Sweden with parents from Marocco. But I'm guessing you didn't mean where she's from in the literal sense but more the meaning ...:) Could be a double meaning both (relationship) love and also giving tribute to her roots, if you think of the visuals, like the North African desert, sand storm... I read some comment claiming that the symbols on the screen have to do with her Berber roots, don't know if it's true though. In interviews she seems to be into spirituality, talking a lot about "vibrations", good vibes etc. I'm not into that new age stuff personally but love her singing and artistry.

I don’t know if that has influenced her -the ending of this song may point to that a tiny bit - but through immigration Sweden has gotten one of the most amazing talents on the planet. Think of that the next time you gripe about any influx of "foreigners."
