The idea of presidential pardons is an interference of judicial system in itself. But the founding fathers put it in the constitution for a purpose and political expediency. It's a useful tool to make strategic decisions for the betterment of country. George Washington himself pardoned rebels during his term.

Romney is full of crap. Why would Biden intervene in Trumps’s criminal trials?! That’s something Trump would do, not Biden.
Also-Biden should have pardoned Trump?! Seriously?

If Trump was pardoned, he wouldn't be guns a blazing running for president again. He would've stayed in his golf clubs and retired in peace. Better for America?

@The15iceiceice15 you can honestly believe that??!!! tRump would take that as his 'ok kill our democracy ' move to go ahead ...he wants POWER and nothing for the country..he's running now, when he should have bowed out, because of his need to be the most powerful man in the world...he has NO INTENTION of helping anyone but his own family...anyone who goes against what tfg wants is promptly fired then continuously ridiculed on social media until they're lifes are ruined....a lot of his administration who followed him into his abyss are in prison or else he pardoned them after they were sentenced to prison for crimes they committed for tRump...you better start to wake up faster so you have time to flee the country after you vote the pos back into office.. the rest of us sane people , with eyes wide open, and critical thinking , can see right through his 'smiling face and I love yous' to see the EVIL LURKING UNDERNEATH the surface of the biggliest , hugeliest criminal the USA has ever encountered...there are less than 6 months to search out the facts and quit listening to gqp and tRump lies...🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🙏🩵🙏🩵🙏🩵🙏🩵🇺🇦🇺🇸🇺🇦🇺🇸🇺🇦🇺🇸🇺🇦🇺🇸🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🗳💙🩵🗳🩵🗳🩵🙏🩵🙏🩵

Excuse me Senator Romney, but it was my understanding that one could only be pardoned if they were found guilty of a crime or had admitted they were guilty of a crime, therefore found guilty because of admission.
Do you really believe Donald Trump would admit to any crime he has been indicted for by any Grand Jury? 🤣😂😆
