    I met him once in New Orleans at a parade. He was on a float that was going to the assembly point. The float was stopped and there was no one around. I spoke briefly with him and he gave me a mini-green doubloon with his image on the back. I was just a kid. He was so kind to me.

    Rex Harrison is the kindest man I have ever met. Maybe he wasn't like that, but that's how I feel. And I thank him for that.

    While visiting London in 1988, I found Eaton Square and fell in love with the understated, gentle and very English ambience.
    I can fully understand why Rex Harrison and Lord and Lady Olivier chose to live there.Good interview.

    It's subtle, I can hear the inspiration. For my money, though I think James Mason is a closer fit for Stewie.

      @dellwright1407 if you look into it a little more you will see that Rex was cheating on her with another woman when Lilli found out the other woman ended up k!ling herself, and because of that he had a hatred towards Lilli because he felt it was her fault. Lilli talks about it in her biography
