Logitech G203 Gaming Mouse Review

- The Logitech G203 gaming mouse is aimed directly at the budget gaming and esports market. The mouse features a very unassuming design, a reserved RGB lighting element, and a button layout definitely not designed with MMO gaming in mind. That being said, the mouse packs in a very reliable sensor, solid ergonomics, and it does so at a price tag that's hard to beat. If you're a PC gamer on a budget, this just might be your next mouse.

That definitely isn’t a wireless mouse. 1:27
John Bordenkircher he might have meant to say wired
LOL
Love this
it isn't, i have one
Fayt3 maybe.. just maybe
I own it and I agree it's the best you can possibly get at that price point even to this day
Is it good for low sensitivity users?
Pureity yes
It's literally the best mouse for the price, idk how it's only $25 and this good when similar mice are 60 (zowie, Steelseries)
Yeah I know just bought it and haven’t had any problems
The corsair harpoon RGB is waaaaay better and its 25$
6:11 HIS LAPTOP IS POSSESSED
Lol
hacked*
HAHA
Lmao
Someone is controlling whit wireless mousr lolol
Just got my G203 4 days ago. I've been using a mouse with a very specific shape (which NO other company makes, sadly). It was the Bloody V7MA, the best mouse shape I've ever used. The sensor in the Bloody V7Ma isnt that great so i decided to get he G203 for the good sensor (Mecury sensor) I needed a small mouse due to my hand size too. It took about 3 days to get used to it but it seems to be working for me. I have a hybrid Claw/Palm/ Finger style of grip and this seems to be OK, but not he BEST for my grip . Thats where the Bloody V7MA was better, that mouse suited my grip style perfectly.
Overall
If you have smaller hands and are looking for a smaller mouse with very accurate tracking get the G203, you cant go wrong. I bought mine for $25 on Amazon.
Its $26 right now
Went to best buy and browsed/tested all of their $100 range devices and ended up taking this one home and absolutely love it. Before I was using the MX500 and LX3 before they broke and the G203 felt the closest to what I had before so I was very happy with it and couldn't go wrong with its $30 price tag.
Maybe you should try using the mouse if it's a review thanks for showing me the mouse that I've seen pictures og
Great Review btw, you definitely deserve more subs. However, a few tips: those pad thingies on the bottom of the mouse are called mouse feet and i feel like you should not be comparing a 30$ mouse like g203 with G900 which is a 150$ mouse and is of a completely different category. Instead, try comparing products with their competitors or something that is a little more expensive like G203s elder brother the G Pro, you can ofcourse compare the product with higher priced products in which it is "better" than the higher priced item, but dont compare its draw backs with something far more expensive (x5 times) like G900, obs, if your paying 150$ for a mouse, it will be better than a 30$ mouse. Anyway, overall great review and keep up the good work :)
this guy looks a lot like ferb from phineas and ferb.
Ur profile pic explains where my cat went can I have it back?
rude
the other guy said that
@@canceled7667 They are all good. Assuming you are dealing with an Australian company (then you are protected by Australian laws and have access to complaints)
Go to a comparison site and pick one
Or hit up Commbank for a World Debit mastercard and pay $10pm, cancel it when you return.
$30 mouse is cheap. Gonna get one just to carry around to school and use it with my laptop.
I am thinking about getting one of these with $20 in total with deals I have. But I am just wondering how the texture on the white one differs from the black one.
Same texture, just different colour.
I know I'm late, but if you're using this for school, no point in buying a wired gaming mouse. You could get off with a nice *Wireless* 20 dollar Windows mouse
My daily for the school is just a Logitech M325, think it is decent without having connection loss like some bluetooth mouses have,
Commando Master it's for gaming
2:22 let’s see how good it is in gamer. 2.24 to the end. No gameplay...
Damn, I wish they'd make a cheap mouse that you can feel click in, but not hear it at all
brown-switch mouses are just a dream for budget people
@@ali.sohail3211 what u talking about, they don't even exist
@@ali.sohail3211 dumbhead 🤣
I’d rather get feedback from the mouse than not knowing if I didn’t click at all, plus you got headphones so useless complaint
I have all the mouses in the world like the razer mamba, ouroboros, Logitech G5, G9, G502, and out of all these mouse I actually like this G203 mouse to be honest. Like I find G502 a little too heavy. I play with low dpi for fps games and it takes a toll. This mouse is very simple, light in weight, agile, easy to aim, and the clicking feels very crisp and fresh. Im a claw user and I find this mouse no problem at all. So if you are looking for a decent gaming mouse this is literally one of the best for its price. Dont make the same mistake I did guys lol. The razers ouroboros gaming mouse cost me about 200 CDN plus tax and is literally not as comfortable as this mouse in my opinion. So yeah, keep in mind if its more expensive, doesnt necessarily mean its better. Just bought the Logitech G302 Daedalus. Gonna try it out soon!
Very Informative, thank you for the help with my decisions :)
Sorry, I didn't quite catch that, what's the mouse you're using? Chaos Spectrum? G900? Your daily driver? The one you use?
I just bought one for 20 bucks on amazon, thrilled I got it that cheap.
i ordered new version g203 lightsync for 15 dollars at amazon. Hope this mouse will be good.
I bought it a week ago and I love it!
oh yeah yeah
Right now that mouse is 26 dollars
Still is. A shame there isn't a slightly bigger version for palm grip. I'll manage until I decide to buy the g403...
It's 31
UPPERCASED 13 dollars on amazon rn
It's so good...especially for the price.
35€ in europe :(
I have this and I also have a Razor mouse but I prefer the Logitech mouse. It’s so awesome!
Is this good for competetive gaming like csgo and paladins and dota 2?
Whats the difference between the prodigy and the regular g203?
I use it for around half a year and it's working really nice! Even my dog is getting it on the floor so hard a lot, and it's still amazing! It's working perfectly! I really like Logitech mouses! The click is awesome and I will NOT buy Razer for like $200, I can buy that mouse again! I love it
Knifey do u play CsGo? Or any fps games, if yes, does it works good?
@Adam Diesl The sensor is perfect and it doesn't spin out on me. I use 400 dpi and it's very good. Do keep in mind though this mouse is quite small, so if you have large hands you might have some trouble. Anyways, I do recommend this mouse.
Does it work on ps4?
Buying this mouse is the best decision ever. It is cheap but has an amazing optical sensor.
I got the white version of the G203 at my local best buy for only 30 dollars, which it works perfectly for me and if best buys have it for 40 dollars then I just got a deal.
Ima get it, thanks for the info
I have this mouse have had it for aout a month I love it great price and great feel, I did want the RGB so this was a part of why i got it but way better then I thought.
I have this mouse and Im watching this video for fun. its the life of a geek
i bought this mouse today and i love it so far, its been amazing and comfortible
my guy then were Logitech mouse buddies:)
GameEagle360 I honestly love my mouse, the g203 prodigy has been a really good edition to my setup and my play style, it’s perfect for me
@@darksouls90 really tho I love how professional it is for the price
GameEagle360 true it’s a really good mouse with a professional feel to it but it’s a budget mouse so price per performance is really great
GameEagle360 what dpi do you use/what’s rgb color do you use?
This is more for claw grippers instead for Palm grippers. It also works for Palm grippers to though.
in all fairness... i really really really like rgb. its for some and not for others tho.
i love this mouse 👍
LegendOP
Does it work on ps4?
Karl Gonzales i don’t have a ps4 idk
@@Klaark yes it does
i have small hands 17*8 + iam uaing palm grip so is g203 good for me.. i will order it from amazon so i cant try it
hey i am thinking of buying it but so this mouse has rgb lighting? I want a mouse that will change color and i saw that this one does too
How is RGB lighting completely unnecessary for a 30 dollar mouse, but not for higher priced mice? There's no logic there at all haha. Other than that: try it out, how's the liftoff distance, does it spin out, does it feel responsive at 144hz+, how does it compare to other mice in the pricerange not based on features, but on performance etc. The video quality here is good, but it's mostly a summary of what's on the website, put together quite nicely.
Mine shut off randomly and now the leds don’t work and I can’t use it, do you know why?
Do you think it works with the Hori tac pro?
Great video I am going to get the mouse because it is very good and tfue sometimes uses the mouse
Hoosier hardware? INDIANA BROTHER YESSSS
How does this compare to the g300s?
3:38 who ever uses their mouse left handed is a psycopath
left handed people want to know your location
@@lonelyhearts7 i'm a lefty
@@g_rbz87 same. I have used a mouse right handed my whole life for no reason even though I do pretty much everything else left handed. It's just the way I was taught as a small child.
Such a good looking mouse.
Thinking about selling my FinalMouse to get this. Might be worth since i play League and i kinda need a smaller mouse...
Sercio! So did you buy it then?
I've been using this mouse for a month so far so good. I am a fingertip user I'm having no problem with the mouse. It's very light and censor is realy great for this price.
RANBIR RAJ SHARMA
Is the default dpi setting goes to 400-800-1200-1600?
Logitech 😍
I have a hybrid of fingertip and claw grip, my hand size is 19.5 x 10cm, will this be good?
David Denis It’s really good for Claw and fingertip grip, I’m 12 and I’m really small and it is a little big but yeah I think it will be a good choice (Oh yeah and don’t mind that I’m 11 months late)
love this mouse..i bought two and gave my g403 to my cousin cuz it was too big for me..bought 2 for home and office
What’s the app that change the color
Got it for 18$ brand new. Don't know if it's worth it in 2020. I used a HP m150 earlier and it broke on me after 1.3years. so bought these as an upgrade.
G203 vs rival 110 ?
G203
Obvious g203.. man
i bought both at the same time and played with both. The Rival 110 has a much different shape and it larger than the G203. If you have smaller hands, use the G203. If you have large hands use the Rival 110. I prefer the G203 and is currently my daily driver :)
I've had the Rival for about 3 months and then the scroll wheel gave up on me. Now I got the G203 and hopefully it won't disappoint. Loving it so far.
I've never used the g203, but i have been using the 110 for about a year now and it's going strong.
Is it Xbox compatible by any chance?
Wow. Im about to build a gaming PC and i'm looking for peripherals but I'm on a bit of a budget. YOU CAN READ MINDS
Also only got this mouse for some games that I need a lighter mouse to flick with because my main mouse right now is the g502 so I just got it as a secondary mouse / backup mouse
1:26 THIS IS A WIRELESS MOUSE
Bay Shen hahahah you don't say
This mouse is fucking amazing
Cheers mate, thanks for the info!
It's amazing with claw grip I bought it before I saw this and it amazing lol
Only £15 now, I have he G502 and might pick up this mouse to do a review as my first video, who would watch?
Great mouse love it
What about the hyperx pulsefire core?
Nice review but you should look at the lens more often
This mouse is hella cheap for what it offers, at least where I bought it. Roughly 20 bucks outside the US and is named differently, the G102.
Why the g203 is not available in Australia :(
Honey Badger its also not available in Au :( i can only get g pro or g pro hero with the same shape.. i might go for hero because it comes with thin rubber wire
Starts off the video with a voice crack lol have a nice day
my favorite shape in a mouse ever
G403 prodigy is better shape.
i have this mouse around 3 months now and mouse is good, perfect for grip users, comfortable, nice clicks and side buttons ... only problem i found is that wheel is pure shit, very cheap feel, sloopy and when u scroling fast its making cheap plastic sound .... except poor wheel mouse is pretty good I recommend it. 9/10
I love it
i have the g305. best purchase i ever made
i own this mouse, all i have to say that you didnt cover was that this mouse is extremely SMALL. if you have huge hands or dont like small mice i wouldnt reccomend
Is the scroll wheel click to click
I think the mouse is great!
Fuck, I bought a G303 and loved it but took it back because I have TOO many mice. It's going for $400 on Amazon. #manyragerts. My MX518 and G700 were once expensive, too, through obvious inflation, but my point is Logitech mice are collectors. This G203 will be the same.
Can u make the colour just red?
g102 got it for 20ish $ and its the same mouse. idk if thers difference
It is really good
I got it for 22$ and 8,000 dpi
Yop mine too
Got it for 18$ don't know if it's worth it in 2020.
This is a really good mouse but uncomfortable fpr most small hands i might 3d print another side for it on the right hand side
Can you use it on ps4 and cam you get rgb lighting on ps4
can??
Its a good mouse i have one and i still have it in great condition, and its definetly $30 at walmart XD
I tried it, whenever i put my fingers on it, it clicks instantly
Sub to me Cuz i love you get used to it when I first used it I felt that
i own a g203 now i would have gone for the g502 if you have the money but at the time i did not so i went with the next best thing so yeh i love it but i am saving up for a g502
how is this a starter mouse half of cloud 9 use them all the time
infinite scroll wheel?
I have the G PRO which has this same body, but a better sensor, higher dpi/s etc.
What’s better, this or Corsair rgb harpoon
alex lam i think 203 or rival 110
Harpoon sucks the ergonomics are terrible
I'm not even budget and I still like the mouse
I'd just get the wired 403, isn't much more expensive and has a better sensor and shape (For me)
I didn’t know Ferb talked
my mouse broke after a year
but not in the ordinary way,the dpi toggle moved to my m1
Is it compatBle with mac??
Hype4Five of course......
I love it and i have it
This or the Corsair Harpoon?
Emmanuel Poon the harpoon has a horrible sensor. Go with the G203
Is it compatible with ps4
Almost all mice are compatible with the ps4
2:06 The mouse on the right is a logitech g900 gaming mouse.
you mean the left?
Who else has this mouse and just want more info and opinions about it?
I have the same exact gaming mouse! except that it’s 8,000 DPI not 6,000
Sorry but his eyes are as light as his Skyrim wallpaper.
Literally the only reason I was gonna get it was because teh scroll wheel on my mouse broke and then he goes: "The only bad part is the scroll wheel" :( RIP!!!!!!!!
Steel series rival 110
What are the 4 default DPI settings? I asked on amazon and nobody responds :/
Igor Tufekcic tbh it feels like 200, 400, 600, 800
how do i change the dpi and stuff
You download the Logitech software. Now days, it's being called Logitech G Hub. If you Google it, I'm sure it'll take you right to the download page.
Hoosier Hardware well i downloaded something but when I load into it there is no mouse it just shows a keyboard
mine has 8000 dpi and urs only has 6000 how come
@MrGoodkat oh rlly
I just bought it
