It's really a personal choice, check out the booking sites it's so personal, everyone wanting something slightly different. Hope you find a good option.
Hi Sean, how would you compare the Briza to the leaf on the sands, both are available with Tui, do you have a favourite? I also wondered if it's safe to cycle around to try to visit different beaches in Khao Lak as I don't drive a scooter. Thanks 👍
The Briza is out on the edge of khao Lak and there is quite a big hill when heading into the town centre (McDonald's area) and I for sure i wouldn't be fit enough to ride a bike from the Briza to other areas in khao Lak. Once you are away from the hill the roads are then quite flat. I've seen plenty of people on bikes and the roads can get busy but are well maintained. The Briza does have direct beach access and The Leaf on the sands is a short walk to the beach but much more central to the main khao Lak center. If I was to choose id probably pick the Leaf on the sands just for the location and it's closer to the night market. They both look great options though it's a tough choice. The Leaf does offer more shade which for me is very important as that sun is very strong.

We loved this hotel; small, quiet, central, few steps from the beach and cheap (if you compare with The Sands or any other directly on the beach).
I agree and no road noises, sounds of nature. Lovely spot
Hi there We are not big fans of big resorts, do you know of smaller beachside resorts thanks
