New Glass Skylights In a warm flat roof

New glass skylights being fixed into new warm flat roofs using a liquid roofing system as the waterproofing. The old asphalt roofers were used as the vapour control layer VCL then 120mm of flat roof insulation was glued and screwed over the top, finished with a liquid roofing system called AH25. The glass skylights were quite big so they had to be craned into position.

Load capacity is really minimal when we consider the roofs are designed to take many feet of snow.

The skylight is around £800 but the work around £3000.00
