  • The Relæ Community team head to Hesthøjgaard on the island of Fyn where they spend the day with HindsholmGrisen founders, Carla and Poul Lang Nielsen.
    HindsholmGrisen is a pig husbandry and butchers which puts the utmost stress on animal welfare.
    Here, Poul and the team talk through how they butcher the pigs in their small-scale production, using as much of the animal as possible.
