I’ve never been an over-shopper so it’s hard for me to wrap my head around this concept eg I thought a capsule just represented the whole of ones seasonal wardrobe in its entirety, assuming one was minimalist. Also not sure how autumn and spring are distinct capsules unless it’s just colour preference. I’m still figuring out what concept works for me, but I have learnt to be more selective on quality and filling gaps, not just shopping sales. That and focus on colour palette have made my wardrobe more cohesive.
