Rotary vane vacuum pump

The single-stage pump can be used alone or as a booster pump or a pre-stage pump for a diffusion pump. Widely used in transformer kerosene gas phase drying, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying of vegetables, food, medicine, vacuum coating and dehydration, vacuum metallurgy.
The single stage rotary vane vacuum pump has two rotary vanes that are eccentrically mounted in the rotor slots in the stator cavity. When the rotor drives the rotary vane to rotate, the rotary vane is pressed against the cylinder wall by the centrifugal force and the rotary vane spring to separate the intake and exhaust ports, and the inlet chamber volume is periodically expanded to inhale, and the exhaust chamber volume is periodically. The shrinking and compressing gas, by the pressure of the compressed gas and the oil pushes the exhaust valve exhaust to obtain a vacuum.
