What's truly heart-warming to know about Corrie's "ticket to heaven," is that Corrie LOVED birthday parties in her life. She loved nothing more than a birthday party. And the Lord called her home at 11:00 P.M. on her 91st birthday!!!
I did the math, and this was recorded about 40 years ago- almost half a century! I wonder if Corrie had any idea that her witness would still be touching hearts for His Kingdom today. I am sure her reward in Heaven is great.
I read The Hiding Place, and I love it ! I love Corrie ( Cornelia) Ten Boom really much, she's a true woman of God ! I love her so so much ! I wish I can go to Netherlands and visit the Ten Boom museum !

Amen and Amen!!! What a joy to hear this great woman of God speak. I was so encouraged and uplifted. I read both her books 'The Hiding Place' and 'Tramp for the Lord' and my faith was greatly strengthened . She is a powerful witness of God's kingdom today - such powerful words, so simple yet so powerful..!! Even in in our churches today, we don't hear such powerful words. She is indeed a spirit-filled woman, who God used mightily. Hope you are enjoying your rest in heaven, Corrie - we shall all be reunited with you and Jesus, soon!

Tante Corrie;s life continues to speak because she kept her focus on Jesus and was real. She did not hide her shortcomings, and she did not pretend to have arrived to a spiritual height above others. Her examples always point to Jesus, the scriptures and God's everlasting love and forgiveness. I read her books over and over again year after year. They help me stay grounded and focused on what is important. Jesus and out surrender to Him alone.
She is still Inspiration hearts on earth while she sits beside Jesus in heaven! True woman of faith 🌟

Great words of Christian wisdom. I love the poems she shares (not her own, but such a great collection!) and also her teaching on being single, trusting God, witnessing...she has so many interesting and edifying testimonies!
Through this ministry I am discovering my first love again. I thank the lord for Corrie. She is like a spiritual mother to me. Corrie always gives God her Father the glory. Her ministry in Christ never centres around her. It's about His love power forgiveness truth. Praise God. You are truely good.
Thank you for posting this. I had the joy of hearing Miss Ten Boom speak at my San Pedro, CA Church when was in High School. Only later I read her biography and the Hiding Place. Hearing her charming voice tell her stories and speak of the faith that steeled her through so much bad and for so much good---it's truly amazing.
Lay yourself down on your cross and enter my covenant with Me and I will live in you and I will be myself in you and My will shall be done, yes surrender.
