- Red bean paste pancake is usually served as the final course of chinese wedding banquet as a symbol of sweet ending, the outer layer is crispy and filled with sweet red bean paste or lotus paste on the inside, it's hard to find at the restaurants or cafes, the only chance I get to enjoy these is when I attend the wedding dinner or banquet, but now, I don't have to, I'll just make it at home =D You can make it effortlessly since there's no heavy kneading for this recipe, there are 2 ways of cooking it, which is deep frying and pan frying, I'll be showing you the pan-frying version today, if you like these pancakes, please try it out, I hope you will like it~

If I make the red bean paste with dough n freeze them, how long do I need to defrost?
You don't have to defrost them😁
This one can put ‘nian gao’ (glutinous rice cake) inside ma?
I've never try it before 😅, but you can use popiah skin or wonton skin to wrap the nian gao and fry it😁
